    Pretty Good

    I like the features, but the execution could be better. Having a problem having reviews show on the home page for my product's display. And cant figure out how to contact them fcr help. But overall, its what i was looking for.

    I'm pretty happy with this app but there are some bugs.

    I love how customizable this app is and how great it looks on my site! It's very easy to get used to, setting it up to accept photo reviews is a bit tricky but once figured out it's good! My only cons are there are a handful of bugs I've faced. When importing reviews, even if I put the correct date that the original review was left, it still makes the date the day that I imported the review. After a review is left the thank you message only shows for a few seconds then all of the reviews (the whole app) disappears from the screen and comes back on once the page is refreshed. This is not good because the thank you message I have is very important and NEEDS to stay on screen. The customer service is also not the best. It says reps are online but they never answer. Once they finally answer they are pretty helpful it just takes forever to hear back from them. I'm happy with how the app looks on my site but there are bugs that need to be fixed, then I will LOVE it!
