    Super basic

    Only after I upgraded to premium did i see that i cant add a widget to my website, I have to upgrade to gold. There is NOWHERE that explains exactly what each plan gives you, you just have to subscribe and see what you do and don't get. Eventually I did figure out that the plan does allow the widget, but the website is very hard to navigate and understand. The functionality is very limited as well; you can have reviews only on the product page, but not on any other page. Other pages you can have the carosel. And you can't control where on the webpage it appears, just have to hope it pops up where you want it. Also, for the sliding carosel, the animation/design is a little buggy, boxes snapping to different sizes when they shouldn't be.

    not showing to customers

    the product extract reviews from Ali express well, however 99% of the time this reviews do not show to the customers whos visiting the website and i hade the upgrade version . also it have issue with extension

    I don't know if I just don't know how to use this app but it doesn't work for me. At first I thought it wasn't working properly because I was on a free plan so then I purchase - emphasis on purchase people, and nothing improves except for the ability for customers to write review and even when they write review it still doesn't show yes I know they say I can take between 30 to 60 mins but I still don't see the reviews not even when I try to add the reviews manually!!! I even applied the star ratings to be under the product title and it doesn't show I have to keep refreshing the page for it to show.. Oh Boy I'm disappointed. Kudos to those who this app works for...and then even when I tried applying pop up reviews they direct me to install another app - that app gets one extra star over this wow wow wow All the best everyone

    User unfriendly. Need to put additional work to enable photo/video upload. Won't recommend.

      Sorry for the bad experience. Our write a review form is customizable, you can enable/disable each one of the fields. To enable the photo/video upload, you just need to turn it on from the Editorify dashboard.     Not what I was expecting.

    I chose the free plan and I don't think it would let me add a review form to my product. Plus I didn't see how to delete the app. I had to send in a request and wait to be emailed. The online help was offline too. So I don't blame the app. It was my fault for installing it before researching to see how it actually worked. I would like to remove it.

    It doesn't tell you that you can't do anything without paying.

    It makes it seem like you can import reviews from every platform, but you can only do that if you pay $10 a month, which is ridiculous. It's useless unless you pay. Don't bother downloading and going through the effort of designing it all.

      I would be more than happy to show you what you can do with the free version: You can import reviews from Aliexpress for 25 products (3 reviews each product), You can collect reviews from your customers, (unlimited) You can design the review widget.
