La tua campagna è stata appena acquistata due giorni fa e Google sta esaminando il tuo sito web e i tuoi prodotti per garantire che seguano le best practice e le linee guida di Google per elencare i tuoi prodotti su Google Shopping. Questo può richiedere 2-3 giorni per il processo di revisione. Una volta che Google avrà approvato il tuo sito web e i tuoi prodotti, le tue inserzioni inizieranno a essere visualizzate su Google Shopping. Il nostro team di assistenza ti ha inviato oggi un'email in merito alla revisione da parte di Google del tuo sito web.    This App ruined my site

   none of my products were approved by google. Kliken refunded my money but even after I disconnected the app and the app from merchant center they kept pushing the product feed making google merchant useless to me. After contacting them for help, they told me it was disconnected and not their problem. Wix told me it was google and google told me it was wix. I'm now deleting all my products and probably moving to shopify. Hopefully this works.

   waste of money

   I did not receive any service and the plugin does not work at all, do not spend your money on it

   Useless

   Everything got denied by google. I just logged into the merchant center at google and did myself. I tried to unsubscribe, but it won't update. What a joke.

      Hi! We do submit your products to Google, but it is up to them to make the decision on whether they will approve your products to list on Google Shopping. It can be difficult to get products, such as your supplement, approved to be listed on Google Shopping. Our support team is always happy to assist in these situations and resubmit your products for review to Google or assist you in any other way they possibly can.

      Hi. I can assure you that we are not a scam. We are here to help businesses get their products on Google so people can find your products when they are shopping online. We are more than happy to assist you with your campaign if you are having problems with it. I tried to look you up in our system with the user name you are using here on WiX to see what was going on with your campaign but was unable to locate it with that particular user name. We would love to be able to help you try and help you resolve whatever is going on with your campaign. Have you reached out to our support team for assistance? If you have not, I would highly encourage you to do so. They will be able to look at your campaign to see if there is anything holding it up or if Google is needing additional information from you in order to run your campaign.

   Nem a versão paga funciona

   Você faz uma campanha paga, seus produtos nunca são aprovados pelo google, entre mês sai mês, e é só cobrança que vem... enganação.

Não consigo localizar sua conta usando o nome de usuário que você possui aqui no WiX, portanto, não tenho certeza se você entrou em contato com nossa equipe de suporte. Embora o Google nem sempre nos dê motivos específicos pelos quais os produtos não são aprovados para os anúncios do Google Shopping, nossa equipe de suporte pode dar uma olhada em seu website e ajudá-lo a resolver essa situação para que seus anúncios possam começar a ser exibidos . Adoraríamos tentar ajudá-lo a resolver essa situação.

   DEBITO INDEVIDO CARTÃO DE CREDITO 3 MESES

   in October 2020, I used the kliken service to do a test here in Brazil and used my credit card, however, until today they continue to charge my account, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, since I already canceled the services, I send email and they don't even answer me I will file a lawsuit against Wix and this kliken company. I have no return here in Brazil.

Also, it appears that you had a Google Search Ads campaign with us and not a Google Shopping Ads campaign, which this app, Kliken: Google Ads for Merchants, is for. I contacted our support team and they have sent a response to you in regards to your refund. I can assure you though that the charges were not unauthorized. When you sign up for our services, you have to enter your credit card info as well as go through the process of submitting the purchase and approving ongoing billing. And each billing statement we sent you, clearly indicated when the next charge would take place. If you have any further questions in regards to your refund or account, please respond to the email that our support team has sent to you today.
