Save your time and money!!
It's not a simple app. Been on the phone with support twice today and numerous times in the past. Problem not solved. Can't delete the app from Wix and there was no way to update the Merchant Center info...I have to contact wix to get them to remove the app.

Avoid
They took $600 from me then cancelled my campaign. Told me to just reinstate it but it's asking me to pay another $600. Support seems non-existant, 2 weeks now with no campaign and no refund. I'd used these guys for years and now I feel I need to move onto a competitor

Hi there, Thank you for your comments. We are aware of the issue and apologize for the frustration that was caused when you attempted to reinstate the campaign. Unfortunately, there was a system error due to your previous campaign (an extended text ad) no longer being supported by Google, which replaced that product with Responsive Search Ads. Due to that, our System attempted to require a 'new' purchase. Our development was able to support the transition of your account products to help ensure this was resolved. We also apologize for the delay in the Support response and over the past month have been working diligently to ensure the service we are providing to our customers is of the highest quality. Slow, but good
It was slow start for our website to pick up, but slowly but surely. I love how it manages everything for me, but I can still log into google listings for the little details.

Unfähig!!!
Der Support ist ein graus. Standard Antworten und keinerlei Hilfe was die Einrichtung im Merchant Center von Google angeht. Der Account wird dann einfach von Kliken Seite gekündigt und dann sind diese fein raus. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Overcharge
Do not start the trial. Even if you cancel they will charge you for the service each month, I have to dispute 2 charges of $315 each month! Absolutely absurd.

Hello, We do not offer a trial service. When purchasing our services, there is clear wording and notation that the campaigns will continue to run until you cancel them. You also would have received email notifications prior to any billing event noting the amount and date of the next payment. This email contains links to where you can update your campaign & billing details. If you did not receive these emails, or have concerns that you requested campaign cancellations (but even after these cancellations, billing continued on your account), can we please request that you provide a ticket number associated to any ticket you may have so that we can investigate further? this app didnt work didnt get back to me via service
used this app i got 20k items in store only synced 15K i wasn't happy stayed for 7 days and never changed decided to stop using the service and i deleted content api and everyday automatically content api comes up on the merchant account the content api they didn't stop it really disappointed please help me so i can remove this feedback thanks

We have noted you have a number of account IDs that appear to be associated with the same email address and domain URL and as of yesterday (October 13) our agents are engaged with you to resolve the issue. There are some limitations around item numbers that may be causing some difficulties here. Definitely don't install this app, I've been scammed !!!
Do not install this app, 150 usd was taken from me without my knowledge. I deleted the app, I'm leaving wix. I want to get my money back. I cancel everything on the day the subscription cycle starts but my money is not refunded.

Hello there, Please note that payments are not processed without prior notice to processing. Based on the date of your complaint, this fee relates to your purchase on August 6th of a Smart Shopping Campaign where you would have been prompted to complete a checkout page and confirm payment prior to finalizing the purchase. Additional campaigns were launched (Free Listings) throughout the month, and a second shopping campaign was purchased on August 23rd. It appears that our team was in contact with you on August 4th due to a MCA claim issue because the website URL used during the purchase was different than the Google My Business URL. Our agent requested clarification of this matter on August 8th, but we do not appear to have had any reply from you (ticket 255896). We do not have any record of a cancellation request of Kliken services. If this is still something you would like, or require, to be resolved - please email support@kliken.com and our agents would be happy to assist.
