   Hi there, Thank you for your comments. We are aware of the issue and apologize for the frustration that was caused when you attempted to reinstate the campaign. Unfortunately, there was a system error due to your previous campaign (an extended text ad) no longer being supported by Google, which replaced that product with Responsive Search Ads. Due to that, our System attempted to require a 'new' purchase. Our development was able to support the transition of your account products to help ensure this was resolved. We also apologize for the delay in the Support response and over the past month have been working diligently to ensure the service we are providing to our customers is of the highest quality. This is normally due to a learning phase campaigns go through over the first few weeks but once this is complete the campaign can start running in a more targeted and efficient manner.    Hello, We do not offer a trial service. When purchasing our services, there is clear wording and notation that the campaigns will continue to run until you cancel them. You also would have received email notifications prior to any billing event noting the amount and date of the next payment. This email contains links to where you can update your campaign & billing details. If you did not receive these emails, or have concerns that you requested campaign cancellations (but even after these cancellations, billing continued on your account), can we please request that you provide a ticket number associated to any ticket you may have so that we can investigate further? We have noted you have a number of account IDs that appear to be associated with the same email address and domain URL and as of yesterday (October 13) our agents are engaged with you to resolve the issue. There are some limitations around item numbers that may be causing some difficulties here.    Hello, We can see that you contacted our Support Team on August 16th, concerned that your ads account had been restricted and asking our team to review (ticket 259026). You contacted again on August 18th (ticket 259027) stating your store had closed - and our agents politely requested additional information (screenshots and some additional information) relating to your concerns. However, it does not appear that you engaged with our agents since this request, as we did not receive any additional information which could be used to help review and resolve your issue. If this is something that you still would like to resolve, please contact support@kliken.com, referencing the above ticket numbers in the body of the request, and our agents would gladly assist to get your access restored and your campaigns back up and running.

   Hello there, Please note that payments are not processed without prior notice to processing. Based on the date of your complaint, this fee relates to your purchase on August 6th of a Smart Shopping Campaign where you would have been prompted to complete a checkout page and confirm payment prior to finalizing the purchase. Additional campaigns were launched (Free Listings) throughout the month, and a second shopping campaign was purchased on August 23rd. It appears that our team was in contact with you on August 4th due to a MCA claim issue because the website URL used during the purchase was different than the Google My Business URL. Our agent requested clarification of this matter on August 8th, but we do not appear to have had any reply from you (ticket 255896). We do not have any record of a cancellation request of Kliken services. If this is still something you would like, or require, to be resolved - please email support@kliken.com and our agents would be happy to assist.

   Hi There, Unfortunately, your campaign was canceled due to the cancellation of the automation fee that you completed with WiX, who complete the billing of this item. This service is required for your campaigns to run as it covers a number of services provided with your campaigns, including the syncing of your store with our platform. We are aware of a limitation within our system where when you have remaining credit on a campaign, our system will not automatically assign this credit to a new campaign. Because of this, when you went to reinstate your campaign it prompted you to complete a new purchase. We have spoken with our Agents to ensure they understand that budgets can, however, be transferred manually - upon request. We have also ensured that this limitation has been placed within a review process for our development team in order to work on a resolution for customers such as yourself facing this issue.
