    It's not free

    I JUST added aftership, which I will be removing. There is no free option. I would have kept aftership and upgraded once the orders came in. But the app needs to make my company money, not out of pocket to begin with. If it's not free, do not list it as free!

    A TOTAL MESS

    I am not sure if this is just happening to me but it's an absolut mess: 1. products get uploaded from my shop BUT in the worst way possible, sizes and variants get all messed up losing the order and in some cases even the variant images. 2. Once the products are uploaded the updates that I make on my website to the products don't get synced at all. 3. Products seem to loose the sync completely in a way that when someone orders from the external marketplace the product ordered appears as to not exist in my shop. making it totally unusable and adding extra work to process the orders. Conclussion: if you are looking for an app to sync with external marketplaces, DO NOT USE THIS EXPENSIVE useless thing.

    Technical - God help you if you need help, because it takes forever

    The app could have potential, but technical is extremely difficult. Very basic questions just get an automated response or then they reply with a answer for a query from days ago. Taking me weeks to set up because of a technical issue there side. Probably and easy fix if they could grasp reading the query rather than sending irrelevant automated responses . Had another technical issue no change, forever to reply, with an irrelevant answer from previous queries....shocking
