Not worth the money
I've been using Wix for years and it's disappointing how they increase pricing for small things like email marketing that should come with business plans. Keep in mind they increase plan pricing regularly while removing features. The templates are not that great, and compared to other providers the data you get and customizations are inferior.

Dissappointed
This used to be an okay app for the price but now they want top dollar for something that is far less superior to its rivals. Looking elsewhere as the pricing is ridiculous and already found a better solution for collecting reviews. The % increase is incredible which means this app wasnt doing its job. l do like the easy drag and drop email templates and trying to find something similar.

Automations Don't Work & Customer Support is lacking
I was under the impression that sending eMails to notify users of new blog posts are included for free, but no they count against the 200. Then the 3rd time I made a blog post the template reverted back to default. Customer support doesn't know why. Whenever you escalate to second level support they send you a link to a help file and YOU GET NO SUPPORT. So basically, purchase this elsewhere.

Comparing Shopify & Wix
Choosing Shopify over Wix is a viable option. Shopify offers a $29 plan that includes 10,000 free emails per month, whereas Wix provides only 200 free emails per month and requires additional payment for email marketing, surpassing Shopify's monthly cost. It would be advisable for Wix to acknowledge this difference. The decision-making process is crucial at this point.

Too many bugs - unreliable
Automations do not consistently work, customer service is lacking knowlege and consistency.

Half baked
Wix urgently needs to address the shortcomings of its applications. Clients are wasting valuable time trying to grasp the user experience, configuring the apps, only to encounter inexplicable limitations that force them to seek external solutions. Unexplicable restriction of dynamic fields to just a few options: name, address, email, and website. For a mailing app, one would expect the flexibility to utilize any dynamic field from a database. Why impose such a limitation? No other email marketing service restricts these fields in this manner. I use Wix to save time not to waste time.

Pathetic Feature (Indirect looting and hidden costs)
Will not ever recommend anyone to use wix ever. On the top it seems like usable and helpful but there are tonns of hidden costs which are there even for the basic features which are needed by the customer. Even after purchasing a premium plan, still they keep on hogging money by introducing hidden costs without even informing users or giving them any alternative. I would have given it -4 stars

Why make free emails 25 times less overnight?
5,000 emails used to be free, then changed to 200 free emails per month. That's ridiculous. Extremely poor service and entirely unfair. A 5% decrease in functionality is OK, but not 2, 500%. It's about as poor as it can be.

Very disappointed in App
The app is a Wix app and I am on a premium plan. I now pay over $60 a month for something you can get for free on other email services. I will be cancelling..

It used to be included with the premium plan. Now it's a rip-off at over $60 per month.

Missing key features
The limit on the number of emails you can send at any time is challenging. The inability to use merge fields other than the 4 basic ones (First Name, Last Name, etc.) provided by Wix is very limiting. There is not enough flexibility with segmentation to run effective marketing campaigns.
