Zetra AI Chat adds an AI support assistant to your site that answers visitor questions using the content you provide, such as your web pages, FAQs, policies and documents. Each answer links to the page it drew on, so visitors can read more and check the details for themselves. When a question is better handled by a person, the assistant can pass the conversation to your team by email or through a connected helpdesk, along with the chat history. You can review conversations in the Zetra dashboard, see which topics come up often and add content where answers are missing. The assistant is managed from your Zetra account, where you can train it on your content and adjust its colors, welcome message and behavior. A free plan is available, and paid plans add more monthly messages, assistants and team seats.
