Unable to use
Used this app/widget and everything was great until we received notification from TrustPilot to remove the widget as it violates their branding and usage guidelines. In order to use their widget they say you have to go direct through TrustPilot and upgrade at a cost of £99 a month.

Misleading Integration – Sends Review Requests to Non-Customers
I used to love Trustpilot, but the Wix app integration has become a serious problem. It automatically sends review requests to anyone who subscribes to my mailing list or creates a member account. Even if they’ve never purchased anything or received a service. This wasn’t the case before. Review emails used to go out only after real service interactions, which made sense. Now it’s spammy and unprofessional, and there's no clear way to fix it through the app settings. Support sent me irrelevant instructions meant for manual triggers, not app-based automation. If you're a service provider using Wix and want to maintain control over when review invitations are sent, I suggest holding off on this integration until it’s fixed.

Easy to use

No useful free widgets
The free widget is just a link to the Trustpilot business and doesnt illustrate our reviews. Honestly this is parasitic, we put in all the hard effort to provide quality products and service to our customers then Trustpilot want to own our customers reviews of our products and charge us £250pm for using them. How is this fair?

So hard for no reason
Honestly one of the worst apps. Nothing works well, its not seamless. Its overcomplicated for no reason. Theyve added so many mindless features to the point that they cannot give a seamless experience.

Not efficient free widgets. Expensive and dissapointing.
It's super disappointing that the only free widget is a mini leave us a review and do not show your reviews... I already pay quite a lot for Wix and my domain and now you need to pay extra for Trustpilot to show your reviews. Super disappointing not using this anymore...

Cant Sign Up
Every time I try to create an account I just get a blank screen. Like there is NOTHING I can work with - everything just goes white. I can't add it to my site and therefore I can't get reviews on my site. I truly feel like they simply wanted to mine my company's data through the sign-up process and that this isn't a real widget you can use on your site. Just... beyond annoying.

Misogynistic company
Misogynistic company. I am very disappointed that they believe that a woman cannot write any detailed review about the company. All my complaints were ignored. Don't work with a company that doesn't hate women.

it doesn't work with wix booking
i intergrated with my website with booking functions but it doesn't send out any invitation. i talked to wix guys and they said its none of their business as its developed by trustpilot. talked to trustpilot side and they just tell to re-install, while it doesn't work obviously. it says it will be triggered by "customer check-in" or "order confirmed" by wix, and there are no such parameters/ scenarios in wix booking.

Impossible to switch language
I am based in Switzerland, where we have 4 official languages, yet TrustPilot will only allow me to use German. None of my customers are German speakers so, no way to really collect their info. On top of it, the free version for Wix is really only a button asking people to go to TrustPilot, you can not display the actual reviews on your page.

No Idea if its working or going to work
I have tried to set up this app on our site and its a mind field. Not because its confusing but because it lacks info. Is it connected? It says it is, but cant see how i can connect it to show on our website. over 10 days, i have sent several emails asking for support and not once received an answer. I expected more from a Trustpilot app.

difficult to use and automations aren't working
It is very difficult to figure out how to add the widget to my page. I keep dead ending at the same screen. I have my triggers set to when a client is checked in, but none of my checkins are triggering an invitation.

Scammers
I cancelled an upgrade within minutes when I subscribed because it was not what I wanted. Requested for a refund same day and Trustpilot refused to refund me. So called account manager and customer service are useless, rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend to anyone.

Upon checking your company, I can see you signed up for our Flex plan, which is self-serviced and the terms and what is included in the plan is shown when purchasing. I can see the Flex plan has now been cancelled by you. As it runs on a monthly basis, it will stop on 15.03. Our Flex plan allows you to take advantage of all that’s included in our Free plan, but includes some added features that allows you to unlock even more features and can be paid on a monthly basis via the integration. Removes genuine negative reviews when a company pays for it. Not a trustworthy platform. Doesn't line up with my company ethics so I removed the app. After discovering the removal of reviews, and how dodgy an operation it is, I refuse to shop anywhere that uses TP as a review platform,

Never been able to get it to work
Just going round in circles with TP to get this to work. All supposedly connected but not a single automated invite goes out.
