About this App
TruSync connects your store to QuickBooks Online so your orders, inventory, and accounting stay in sync automatically. Every new order flows into QuickBooks as a sales receipt or invoice, mapped to a single QBO customer per storefront. No more cluttered customer lists filled with hundreds of one-time buyers. Your books stay clean and organized. Inventory updates flow in real time between QuickBooks and your store, with QBO as the source of truth. When stock levels change in QuickBooks, your storefront reflects it immediately — no manual reconciliation, no overselling. A guided setup wizard walks you through connecting QuickBooks, choosing your customer mapping, configuring your chart of accounts, and mapping products — all in under five minutes. Once configured, TruSync runs in the background. Monitor sync status, review exceptions, and adjust settings from the TruSync dashboard. Sellers with multiple storefronts can connect them all to a single QuickBooks Online company.
