Customers join from a responsive site widget and choose the services, staff, dates, and time windows that work for them. When a cancellation, reschedule, or existing availability creates a matching opening, SlotFill checks that the time is still bookable and emails either the earliest eligible customer or all matching customers—using the delivery mode you choose. Customers can check the opening, continue to the site's existing booking flow, or pass. SlotFill rechecks live availability before the handoff. An alert does not reserve the appointment; the site's booking, payment, and checkout flow remains the system of record. From the app dashboard, see active waitlist entries, alert outcomes, setup status, booking-link opens, and matching confirmed bookings. Pause automation, control the alert window, choose one-at-a-time or all-at-once delivery, and export or delete SlotFill-owned data. Designed for individual appointments.
