Returns & Exchanges

Give signed-in store members a simple way to request a return or manual exchange from eligible purchased order lines. Configure one order-date window, request types, reasons, and shopper instructions in the site dashboard. Review each request, approve or reject it, and mark approved requests resolved while members can look up the latest status. Returns & Exchanges records workflow status only. It does not issue refunds, change fulfillment, reserve inventory, create replacement orders, send labels, or automate exchanges. Those actions remain manual in the store dashboard. Members Area is required; guest requests are not supported in this version. App data is isolated per site and deleted when the app is removed.
