The functionalities bug a lot

It Works Very Well — Not Perfect, But Very Good

I was skeptical about installing this app because of the reviews I read and its average star rating. But I still took the plunge—as any curious person would—and even though it has 6 bugs (that I was able to identify) and at least 2 design limitations, I managed to work around them and set up a portfolio that I believe turned out—by my high standards of excellence—perfect. I’m giving it 5 stars because, despite the bugs and limitations, I was able to achieve exactly the result I wanted. By the way, the app is responsive and 100% editable—I tested everything, and my mobile version also turned out spectacular.

Doesn't work like it should

You can't view the project detail, and there's no way to edit the URL slug. This could be a great app but needs to be refined and tested by Wix.

Photos Too Big

Why are my photos coming out so large? I've uploaded them at a smaller size for protection, but the gallery is stretching them. I don't see a way to edit the sizing

Tutorial?

Hi, I need some help in how to use this app. Are there any tutorials I can check? I searched in youtube but with this generic name I only found tutorials of portfolios, NOT of the app.

doesnt display my collection

I am building a website right now. Trying to use wix portfolio, but for some reason when I select a collection to be displayed it doesnt show anything. It worked 2 days ago, but today whilst editing another page, the displayed collection just vanished. I tried chosing other collections alwell, and I tried reloading the page - nothing helps. I ask for help

AI ceated my website and I can't connect my portfolio with it!

I used the AI function to create a Photography Portfolio website, and it included the Wix Portfolio app. I can see my photos, I can see my collections, I can see the pages I've created for my website.... I cannot see my portfolio on my website and the two (website and portfolio) appear in separate menus and will not merge, combine or work together in any way shape or form. This is so very frustrating.

Very easy to use and provides everything I need

Wix Portfolio: don't know how to put my Projects page into the dropdown menu in the header.

The app is great and works fine in my opinion. But the only thing that is befuddling me is that I don't know how to add my projects page into the dropdown menu of the Portfolio tab. If you guys know how to do it, please could you help me. Thank you :)

Unable to access Wix portfolio

I was using wix portfolio for managing my projects for my website and now I have no access to it. I tried all day and everything to be able to make changes to the existing pages, but theres noway I can access the content and collection.

Project page is so restricted! I would like to have simple gallery (grid or mozaic) there!

EDIT: They gave me useless advice and encourage me to change my review. Nobody answers to emails. Only 1 star review makes them to response ;) EDIT 2: They respond only on 1 star comment - it's still true - but finally I got the help I needed! There was a quick update and my problem is solved. I wish sorting of media when editing a project works, but well - nobody's perfect. However application is great asset on my page and helps me to organize my portfolio easily. Thanks!

Good idea, VERY BAD IMPLEMENTATION

I have not been able to figure out how to connect the portfolio to my site. This is a very important component for my site, but is useless.

Very useful application!

The app has helped me resolve situations with numerous projects where there is a need to regularly add content in the form of photographs. (Whether they are new constructions projects for a construction company or artworks for an artist – it's truly tailor-made for them.) Nevertheless, I highly value the support from the WIX Portfolio team the most. Their responses are lightning-fast, and they are willing to assist with everything. Many thanks!

cover size

When I open a project, the cover expands and cuts off all sides. I have tried to resize my artwork so that this does not happen, but have been unsuccessful. Is there a way to keep this from happening, or is there a dimension/image size that I can put that this doesn't happen.

HOW DO I UNISTALL?
