Print and Export Bookings

Print and Export Bookings is for studios, clinics and classes that run the day from a printed sheet at the front desk. It adds a page to your dashboard where you pick a date and see that day's bookings as a list, or switch to a week view where busier days are shaded darker. Clicking a day in the week opens its list, so you can check it on screen before you print. On the free plan, one day can be saved as an A4 or Letter PDF sheet or exported as a CSV file. A paid plan adds sheets for a week or any period of up to 31 days, sheets grouped by staff member or by service, landscape and receipt-width layouts, your own logo and table headings, a Shift-JIS CSV for Japanese Excel, and a choice of CSV columns. The app only reads each booking's date, time, service, staff, number of people and status, and it does not change any bookings. It has no permission to read customer names, phone numbers or emails, so they are not on the sheets. The sheets and files are made in your browser, and booking details are not stored.
