Image shadows are cut off on bottom
There is no option to increase padding on top & bottom of the gallery layout, so if you want to add a shadow to your image/image container, the shadow will be cut off on the bottom. I can't understand why these developers don't test these simple details out before releasing apps. I've tried everything to fix it, contacted support, etc. and there is no way to fix this. I prefer using Wix-made apps, but in this case I have to use a 3rd party app :(

It's not anywhere as good as it can be
With the way Instagram is constantly updating how people can post onto the platform, it's a shame Wix cant keep up. The current way most professionals post these days are with collaborative posts, however, Wix cant share these posts to the website, so the instagram feed cant post any recent images unless they're either doubled up as individual posts or a completely separate account is used which defeats the purpose. Come on Wix, why cant you allow collaborative posts to your websites.

Something is wrong with pop up view
Popup view looks very bad. The box of the feed has a big white space on the left, while the close button is halfway outside the frame. On top of that it's really impossible to edit the design properly, as it is controlled by a bunch of out dated and confusing menus

I don't understand how the new version is better
It seems like the old one had more flexibility but I'm being forced to use this one because the old one requires you to sign in to facebook.

Issues with opening
I added the app already, then deleted it in the editor, and I've wanted to open it in the editor since then, but it wouldn't show.

To add the Instagram Feed widget, follow these steps: 1. Open My Business from the left-side navigation bar. 2.Click on Instagram Feed. 3. Click Add Widget. Not working

Works fine but can't be used twice?
A little awkward to work with in some ways but gets the job done. However, I don't think the app can be added to your website twice anymore, this is annoying as I used to have an instagram preview on my home page and a dedicated instagram page that showed my full feed; I can't use this anymore though.

Settings confusing
I spent half a say trying to make this new app do what I had on the old version. Ugh. I didn't want to change, but insta stopped connecting. The problem is it's not intuitive because there are two containers both with settings and it took me 2 hours to notice why the setting were different sometimes when I clicked on the widget. It felt random. Ideally ALL the design settings should be together, not 'insta feed' and 'gallery' they should be the same thing. Also the fact you can only log in via facebook caused SO MANY PROBLEMS, because people run more than one insta account and there's no easy way to choose which.

Everyone is saying that it does not work. You have to delete the old app and then install. You can really customize it but its better than nothing, I GUESS

The app works poorly with mobile view
1. When the app is added, it's placed at the top of the page section in mobile view. 2. Hiding the feed section on mobile will uninstall the app 3. "Only show a number of posts" doesn't work on mobile

Slows down site loading speed drastically
The widget when added to page slows down site loading speed significantly. After removing this widget, site loads incredibly fast. Given the importance of this widget, it would be great if devs could figure out what's causing the issue.

Why did they make this update?
When things work well, DO NOT TOUCH THEM, this tool was perfect, the new update made it go backwards in quality. Please consider going back to the previous version.

Very disappointed in this new update
The last version had its issues, sure, but this one is worse. What's shown in the editor isn't consistent with the live view. Manually making it shorter doesn't work, and now that I've deleted it to see if reapplying it would work, the app doesn't even show up when I click "Open". Wix, you're amazing and we love your platform. Please fix this.

Updated app
The updated app does not allow you to connect to your account. I have use the old app on countless sites with no issues but cannot connect on the new app. Very frustrating!

Impossible to adjust the image size!!
The main issue with this app is that it is impossible to make the images smaller. When I first install it, the feed takes up the entire screen, and when I turn off the expand/stretch option, the images are still huge. When I try to use the image sizing slider on the layout customization screen, absolutely nothing happens and I can only adjust the spacing between the images. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work so it's completely useless unless I want a giant instagram feed on my website. Please fix it!!

no way of creating hashtags posts to just show certain instagram posts using hashtags will this get updated ??

Too hard to work with, needs a total revision
You'll only get nervous trying to set it up. I can't change the layout, some functions are not working, the only one working is the space between pictures. When you try vertical scroll is a total mess, unfortunately. The app needs a design team to think about UX
