App Doesn't Work, Difficult Uninstall
First, uninstall instructions they make you contact to provide for some dystopian reason: Wix dashboard, go to Manage Apps > select the Chat app > click Delete App. Actual review: Once live, the 'start convo' button was non-operational, rendering the app useless. Could not figure out how to uninstall (as many users report). No native deactivate or uninstall option as all other Wix apps I have seen have. Had to email. They emailed back fast, to their credit. But why at all?

Cannot remove that bubble chat for PoWR off WIX website
There no way to remove it off the wix website for bubble question mark on my website and there no uninstall or remove. It frustrating. Why do I have to write to support@powr.io if they cannot remove that bubble chat box off my wix website though.

New bug
There's this bug at the moment that pushes my menu a bit down and therefore creating a gap in between the top of the page and the menu. When I turn this app off, the problem is solved.

It's excellent!
The best thing of this app is that it connects directly to FB Messenger. So, when I am offline, my site visitors can text me. Whenever I have time, I can reply to them through the FB Messenger, and we still can maintain the conversations afterward. I don't need to ask for their email or phone number to know who is who. I think my site visitors hesitate to provide the information at the beginning but they are ok to connect to FB Messenger. I highly recommend the app since it has the convenient function and it's free.

Very buggy... loses Facebook connection, branding changes don't work
Oh.. what a shame... buggy and it worries me that it will fall over, doesn't reflect well on my brand if the apps I utilise are not 100%

I SOOO wanted to love it
It provides a very elegant interface and fully customizable...well expect the positioning of the bubble. The bubble renders over my mobile site's soft buttons. Facebook's plugin allows for the bubble to be repositioned, but I don't want to use it. I want to use POWR's! I get it: POWR's is fixed position, but when the config tabs offered "Embed Location", well I figured I could. But it doesn't look like it no matter what I try--even reading support pages.

Couldn't even get it to connect to Facebook. Have a Wix.com account. Had to use the Wix Chat app.

I think it redirects to messenger?
I was able to customize it and make it cute, but when I tested it, the chat box didn't work and then when I clicked the send message button, a messenger popup came up. That's clunkier than we want for our business.

Can't get the chat to the correct messenger
I had 2 profiles & have 1 ready to close as discovered should have had a FB Page which I now have. No matter what I do, the chat goes to the profile I'm deleting. If I remove messenger from that profile, I can't get anything. Can't find anyone to help.

Not Satisfied. App just working as redirect for messenger page.
Reply to Response: LoL, no option to respond on review response from POWr team. Too bad to hear that again, I need to raise the concern to the support team. Thanks, POWr team, don't ave so much time for your not required loops. Not working on mobile screen. Most of the users are mobile users now and they cannot use this app. Poor customer support. It's for more than 02 days, no response from them. For desktop users, it directs to the messenger page. People don't like redirects. It should pop up for their messenger login authorizations and the messaging platform should be through this app only.
