    אין מענה טלפוני בכלל. עד שמישהו עונה לך בצ'ת זה 10 דקות בין תגובות. עונים על דברים לא קשורים בכלל. סתם נותנים לינקים בלי נכונות לעזור.

    אני מאוד מרוצה מהחיבור בין חשבונית ירוקה לאתר של וויקס. עובד מצוין. הדבר היחיד - הפוך ממה שאחרים ביקשו - הייתי שמחה שב PAYLINK תהיה אפשרות לבחור אם יוצאת חשבונית אוטומטית או לא. כי אני משתמשת לרב בפיי לינק לתשלומים מיוחדים שמחייבים אותי להוציא חשבונית מס קבלה בנפרד, עם הערות וכו'

    כל פעם שיש עדכון פונקציה בוויקס - המערכת מפסיקה לעבוד. כמו כן - פשוט אין שירות. לא ניתן להשיג את אנשי השירות. פניות נענות בצ'אט כעבור ארבעים דקות במקרה הטוב

    יש הרבה בעיות עם אינטגרציה

    הרבה בעיות עם אינטגרציה, חישובי מע"מ לא נכונים, חשבוניות שלא מופקות או חשבוניות כפולות, לא מפקים חשבוניות כאשר שולם עם לינק לתשלום ועוד... כבר כמה חודשים פונה לתמיכה ובעיות לא נפתרות, מרגיש שלא מטפלים בבאגים במערכת

    אני מאוד מרוצה מהשירות והממשק עם המערכות של ויקס. החיסרון היחידי הוא הגבלת המסמכים עבור העלות החודשית בתוכנית פריים. אם אתם מפיקים יותר מ-500 מסמכים בחודש, בידקו חלופות.

    The integration with WIX Pricing Plans in not fully supported

    Overall it's a really nice plugin that saves us a lot of manual work We encountered one issue in a scenario when an admin is pruachsing a recurring plan for customer.

    Good app, but doesn't always work

    Nice app, very useful in Events form, but unfortunately it is not supported in WIX Pay form, and that's really upsetting. Please could you fix it in the nearest future?

    Unfortunately when purchasing through a payment form it does not create an invoice
