Service Hours

Service Hours gives appointment-based businesses control over when each service can be booked—without changing staff calendars or rebuilding their existing booking setup. Choose a supported appointment service and define its own weekly booking hours. Staff availability, leave, existing bookings and scheduling conflicts continue to work exactly as they do today. Whether a service is available only on weekends, mornings or selected weekdays, Service Hours applies booking hours at the service level while keeping the familiar customer booking flow intact. Configure service hours in minutes, update them whenever the business changes, or remove custom hours at any time to restore standard availability. The current version supports appointment services with one continuous period of booking hours per enabled day; classes, courses, split daily periods and date-specific exceptions are not currently supported.
