About this App
Launch your own affiliate program in minutes and let the people who already love your brand sell it for you. This affiliate program builder turns your site members into affiliates who share a personal referral link and earn a commission on the sales they bring, so you grow sales through word of mouth and pay only for the sales you approve. You set the commission, accept or reject every sale, and follow clicks, sales and payouts from one dashboard. Members join right inside your site's logged-in area, with no registration on an external platform. Each affiliate gets a unique link to share on social media or with their audience, plus a personal dashboard for link clicks and payouts, which keeps influencers, brand ambassadors and loyal customers promoting you. An invite banner helps you recruit affiliates from your members, affiliates can promote your home page or the exact page they are on, and you can leave shipping costs out of store commissions. When a payout is done, mark it as paid. Your affiliate marketing works with Stores, Bookings and Events, on a published site with a connected domain.

Issues with the Subscription Service
Wix`s subscription service has a trial period and I would like to start paying to the affiliates after the trial period. This application doesn`t take the trial period into account. Moreover, it doesn`t take into account if the subscriber cancels the service as well. Based on this system, I have to pay an affiliate continuously even though the subscriber cancels the service within trial period. OR I will pay something different than what is shown in the dashboard, which will cause discrepancy and discussions with the affiliates. When I asked for help, the support team told me that they will forward this feedback to the tech team, but they couldn`t give me any timeline when/if these issues will be solved.

Does what it says but
I have over 300 affiliates because it allows anyone to do it. There is no way to control it. I have no way of looking at an application and approving it. So, I have 10 actual affiliates, but they just get a general affiliate ID. If they are using a certain product on one of their lives, they have no way of linking that product to their site. It would also be nice to give some affiliates bigger percentages for their sales. Like if they sale more than $50 its 10 % and if they sale more than $200 its 20 % but there is no options. This is why I am moving to another website for a better affiliate program.

The App could be great, if only it had the option to opt out of commission being paid on the tax.
There is a way to opt out of commission being paid on the shipping, but no way to opt out of commission being paid on the tax. In the affiliate portal it does not say anywhere that they have to deduct the shipping from the gross sale to get the true amount of the commission. The tax should not be commissionable as it is money that has to pass through to the IRS. This should be a quick fix for the brilliant minds at Affiliate Builder. We are hopeful.

Hello, We explained on support that this is not possible as the platform caters to businesses globally, and taxes are different in every country. The solution is to lower the commission that you offer affiliates so that it includes any taxes. If we add the alternative of X% being paid post-tax, your affiliates wouldn't understand why they are not getting the full X%. We understand that you think this is a good solution, but unfortunately we can't solve every possible need - that would be a custom solution that you can implement. We would really appreciate if you can amend your review - we don't present anywhere the feature that you are asking for, and the app is otherwise working very good for a lot of site owners. We appreciate your time! Thank you!
