Could be better

I forgot to mark the affiliate as paid and now May's commission is added to April's commission and I cannot separate the two. So I have to keep an eye on her sales to make sure I do not over pay for May. I wish I could go into each sale and verify how much she is getting paid for each transaction separately. The portal is not user friendly.

It works well, but...

It works well but the affiliate link only works for the website as a whole. The affiliate can't recommend specific products or services. The affiliate link goes straight to the home page, only.

Excellent support, Easy to Use Plugin

Tried the Plugin for Affiliate Program for our website... straight forward and easy to use. However lacks granularity for unique/specific product/event sales, but can be managed through backend workflow and frontend affiliate partner negotiations and terms. highly recommend this plugin.

Wix is nice and moderate for any new user BUT needs improvement to make sure that all the graphic become stable.

Really good, the team was able to fix my problem very quickly!

Had a small issue where the pop up was not showing on my page after activation. After doing some troubleshooting and finding no answer to the issue I reached out to the team and they where able to fix my issue very quickly.

Issues with the Subscription Service

Wix`s subscription service has a trial period and I would like to start paying to the affiliates after the trial period. This application doesn`t take the trial period into account. Moreover, it doesn`t take into account if the subscriber cancels the service as well. Based on this system, I have to pay an affiliate continuously even though the subscriber cancels the service within trial period. OR I will pay something different than what is shown in the dashboard, which will cause discrepancy and discussions with the affiliates. When I asked for help, the support team told me that they will forward this feedback to the tech team, but they couldn`t give me any timeline when/if these issues will be solved.

Conceptually nice - info in paid tiers is misleading!

While looking at the different pricing tiers, it seems the only difference between them is the number of members on the website. Only after you start using the tool, you realise that some features are only available on specific tiers (like having the the affiliation button present in specific pages and not throughout the website. Choosing which page to present it should be a standard feature and not a premium one. Also, would be nice if I could control who signs up to be an affiliate (pending approval, or submit EOI), rather than accepting everyone automatically.

So far so good. It's still new.

I have reservations about how it'll affect site performance and how it'll be received by customers. That being said, it was easy to download. It works great. Interface is easy. Overall I'm happy.

Simple, efficient and great customer support

I needed a simple solution for some affiliates and this is easy to install, to share with affiliates and when I needed help the customer support was quick and very helpful.

Where to start....

1. This app has great potential, but potential doesn't win games. 2. There is no customer service phone number. 3. Tech support? NOTHING! Non-tech workers are communicating through a messaging system, trying to explain tech issues to non-tech customers. An equation for a disaster. I spent 3 days communicating my concerns, only to find out they didn't know what they were doing. 4. Their system is in conflict with Safari browsers... they didn't know. 5. Do yourself a favor... find another option.

This is the best affiliate app on the market. The customer support is great, and the app does everything I need it to do and then some. I would like if it built a custom portal, but for the price you can't beat it. 5 stars all the way

The app is super simple which is perfect! It makes it easy for people to navigate. Install and setup was smooth and not complicated. The support is wonderful too. They were quick to respond and helped me with my issue and were very responsive to my follow up questions. I highly recommend Affiliate Builder.

Does what it says but

I have over 300 affiliates because it allows anyone to do it. There is no way to control it. I have no way of looking at an application and approving it. So, I have 10 actual affiliates, but they just get a general affiliate ID. If they are using a certain product on one of their lives, they have no way of linking that product to their site. It would also be nice to give some affiliates bigger percentages for their sales. Like if they sale more than $50 its 10 % and if they sale more than $200 its 20 % but there is no options. This is why I am moving to another website for a better affiliate program.

Anche se non ho ancora finito la configurazione l'App mi sembra di facile utilizzo ed abbastanza completa in relazione al rapporto costo/beneficio. The App could be great, if only it had the option to opt out of commission being paid on the tax.

There is a way to opt out of commission being paid on the shipping, but no way to opt out of commission being paid on the tax. In the affiliate portal it does not say anywhere that they have to deduct the shipping from the gross sale to get the true amount of the commission. The tax should not be commissionable as it is money that has to pass through to the IRS. This should be a quick fix for the brilliant minds at Affiliate Builder. We are hopeful.

A Brilliant Product

I love how simple and user-friendly this app is. I had tried another popular affiliate app before, but it left me disappointed. However, after watching the video and giving this app a test drive, I immediately signed up. The customer service has been outstanding—they responded to my queries within 24 hours!

I've only just installed it. Don't love the interface too much for affiliates but will reserve judgement.

Would love to see a few add ons

I love the integration convenience. I would love to be able to assign affiliate percentage per affiliate instead of straight across the board. As the only one running the business, I don't have the time to use the work around, manually paying the difference to each affiliate, that's not a feasible solution.

It was easy to set up and the support team was very responsive and prompt. They've helped me with all my questions and provided me a discount code for a whole year. I hope I will be able to use the app and increase the number of affiliates and sales accordingly.

Hi, We are trying to create Affiliate link which will not only give the creator the sales commissioning, but also offer a discount to the users who register with this affiliate so people are motivated to use the affiliate link. I could figure out how to create a link to user the new registrants discount, and i have Hobby version of Affiliate Builder. Thanks.

Happy with upgrade plan issue

I tried to upgrade my Hobby yearly plan to Pro plan. Wix support team sent to me a coupon with 1 month free to use Pro plan after I asked them. Unfortunately, this coupon could not be used because it was only used for a monthly plan. For my situation, Wix support team sent me another coupon with 6 months free of PRO, so basically a 50% discount for 1 year. That's awesome.

Seems easy to use so far, very straightforward. Had some issues with installation but contacted support who were the most helpful and fixed the issue very promptly!
