Staff Earnings

Staff Earnings helps appointment-based businesses understand what each practitioner earned from completed bookings. Choose which Bookings staff members to include, set an hourly or fixed default rate, and add service-specific overrides when needed. Each pay period is calculated from the appointment’s scheduled duration, staff assignment, status, and attendance. The review queue keeps uncertain appointments out of the total until you explicitly include or exclude them. Missing attendance, missing rates, no-shows, invalid durations, and ambiguous staff assignments are never silently treated as zero. Once a period is approved, its history stays locked; later changes are recorded as linked corrections. Staff Earnings supports completed one-to-one appointments. Classes, courses, group bookings, multi-practitioner appointments, payroll processing, tax filing, commissions, and money transfers are not included. The app creates gross, merchant-defined earnings statements and does not move funds or replace professional payroll or accounting advice.
