they say free and after doing it then they wont provide it to because you must pay, they only mention a free trial after and then charges. your marketing skill are horrible you not upfront with clients.

A piece of crap!
There are tons of features, but there’s no preview to see how it will look on the website. It’s a completely idiotic feature—having to integrate the plugin into the site’s structure. Am I supposed to put this crap on every single page??? What if there are a hundred pages on the site and they all lag from time to time??? The most important feature is missing—the reviews widget should always be visible, even when the customer scrolls through the site. I need the plugin to be visible at all times and in a specific place on the site, regardless of which page is open. There are a ton of ridiculous settings, but it’s completely unclear what they change when you adjust the parameters. Since there’s no preview. Working with this plugin will take you a ton of time, and in return, you won’t get any of the benefits that other similar plugins offer.
