    Scam - A Waist of Money -

    The app appears completely different from what is displayed on their website and doesn't function as promised. Wix is unhelpful regarding third-party apps that seem intent on exploiting customers who use them. The overall atmosphere in the app market and on Wix appears to tolerate these predatory business practices. No Support.

      How could this possibly be a scam when we offer a 7 day free trial, after which you need to actively subscribe to a paid plan, and even then we have a money back guarantee. If you installed our app and have any issues, we are happy to help. If you paid for a subscription and you are unhappy, email us at wix@presto-changeo.com and we will be happy to issue you a refund (or offer support if you prefer).

      We appreciate the feedback. It seems like you left a 1 start review because you are looking for a feature that our app does not offer (or claims to offer). We're sorry our app does not do what you are looking for, and hope you do not leave a 1 star review for all the other apps that don't offer the feature you are looking for.

    No Free Trial

    Installed the app. Loaded the app. It opened and said my free trial has ended.

    Not liking it

    It's interface was confusing. It also didn't seem to have an option to bulk add/remove photos. I can't wait for Vela to finally onboard Wix. Or, for Wix to create their own.

      Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to make all our app as extensive as possible using the tools Wix offers app developers. Unfortunately Velo access is not one of them. We hope to add more options to the app as tools for developers become available

      We are sorry to hear that you had a problem using our app. All our apps are put to rigorous testing before they are submitted to the Wix app store, at which point the Wix team does their own testing. There are some rare cases where we miss something, and whenever a customer reaches out to us with an issue, we respond right away and investigate and resolve the issue. We have not received any support emails in the last few days regarding this app. If you send us a message with more information about your issue to wix@presto-changeo.com, we will be happy to help and offer a refund (if you used the app beyond the free trial),
