    reviews are not genuine.

    Reviews are not genuine. I was asked to mention something in review I dont have. Scam thesedays also happens here. 2 errors in widget in 2 weeks. Waste of time.

    Wouldn't work

    I downloaded the app on Wix for the website. I spent the time building a popup. After an hour of trying and trying to watch the videos, it would not upload to the site. I went with another option instead.

    Everything died the second I upgraded - no support

    As soon as I upgraded my account everything got shut off. when I go to my site it says I've used 10k of my 10k views for the month, but the poptin dashboard says I've only used 11. Knowledge base was completely useless and there's no way to contact anyone for help. Might be a great free option if you don't have any traffic, but if you're looking for a paid app for sites with more traffic look elsewhere.

    Waste of time

    Try to make it work is impossible. It tells you to copy a code then click on wix app and after you install it nothing happens. I did the same operation over and over at least ten times.

    Wouldn't load

    The pop-up wouldn't load. And now can't get "App didn't load" off of my website.

    App auto installed a generic popup to my website and then the app doesn't allow functionality to be modified in Wix editor. So I'm stuck with a generic popup on my website that I can't even remove. Not. Good.

    This trash stopped working suddenly

    After I paid for the upgrade, this trash stopped working. I've had it on auto-pop up on every visit. 10 visits through, it stopped poping up. Damn TRASH!!!

    No way to install on Wix

    Literally no way to install it on Wix: I am just given a code and customer support direct me to the installation help pages, which are useless, as there is nowhere to put the code :)

    Can't get it to work

    Needs to be more intuitive. I just opened it and even though there is a pop up that appears on my website, this app is now telling me i have no popups

    Direct Link Doesn't Work Properly

    I added a popup with the direct link feature and it simple does not work properly. Sometimes the popup loads but most the times the link is unclickable or leads to a code error screen.

    Confusing and did not work

    This was a difficult app to use. You cannot expand the window to create your pop-up and everything is very small. It is not very user-friendly and did not end up working after I finished creating it. It was a waste of time and I would not recommend this.

    It's a Wix App and it doesn't connect to Wix.

    Was great until I found in the list of integrations it doesn't show Wix. So I have to purchase a third party CRM to use this when I already use Wix's built in CRM. Should have known when I click "add to site" but it takes me away from Wix to their own website.

    Doesn't work properly

    Has potential but I spent 30+ minutes trying to create a basic design. Couldn't even move past the next button to complete post design. Pop up doesn't load or work properly on website. Even after following instructions in the help section.... no results. Website states it has live chat, I have yet to see a link or pop up for that.

    Very Upset

    I had a reveal sale for one day only, so thought a pop up on the site was a great idea. I scheduled my pop up to end at midnight that night and turns out it wasn't stopped and customers are still seeing this sale ad! I've disabled myself and yet it still pops up!

      Hi :) We send you an email explaining that the popup you see on your website is NOT from our app. It is not a part of Poptin, and we don't have that kind of a template even. It can be a Wix popup, or if you want to screenshot all your installed apps, I'll be happy to tell you which one it is. But it 100% not Poptin app :) Waiting for your response!

    App slowed down my website

    After struggling to get the correct code, I was able to have the pop-up work on my website. I then discovered that the pop up was slowing down my website. My pages would not load without refreshing each time. I also noticed that it would pop up every 5 secs. I removed the app from my website. It would be a great app if it didnt do the two things I mentioned.

      Hi :) Thanks for your feedback. Our code loads asynchronously to your website, using CDN and a very compressed code (less the 1kb). But if you want, you can use install the script below right above the installation code, and it will make our code load after your WHOLE site is fully loaded: <script type="text/javascript">var poptinAfterPageLoad = true;</script> We also emailed you and we would love to help.     Looks good but disrupts the smooth flow of the site

    I saw a review by someone and i am experiencing the same thing so i copied and pasted as the person described the issue i am having perfectly. see below my issues *** it looked good, did what I wanted it to, until it popped up on EVERY page and wouldn't allow the page to load for my customers, i also couldn't track site visitors on wix due to poptin doing it instead. I was contacted by customers telling me I had lost their sale... thanks poptin

    Looks good until it messes your whole site up.

    it looked good, did what I wanted it to, until it popped up on EVERY page and wouldn't allow the page to load for my customers, i also couldn't track site visitors on wix due to poptin doing it instead. I was contacted by customers telling me I had lost their sale... thanks poptin.

    Outdated Functionality

    Worst Tool Ever

    What a piece of crap. The user interface must have been designed by 4th graders who have never used any online tools. The app does not work all the time, the pop-ups only work when they want, and the reporting is crap. Time to delete and start over with another tool.
