    Wouldn't work

    I downloaded the app on Wix for the website. I spent the time building a popup. After an hour of trying and trying to watch the videos, it would not upload to the site. I went with another option instead.

    Everything died the second I upgraded - no support

    As soon as I upgraded my account everything got shut off. when I go to my site it says I've used 10k of my 10k views for the month, but the poptin dashboard says I've only used 11. Knowledge base was completely useless and there's no way to contact anyone for help. Might be a great free option if you don't have any traffic, but if you're looking for a paid app for sites with more traffic look elsewhere.

    Waste of time

    Try to make it work is impossible. It tells you to copy a code then click on wix app and after you install it nothing happens. I did the same operation over and over at least ten times.

    App doesn't work. Ruining my website.

    App auto installed a generic popup to my website and then the app doesn't allow functionality to be modified in Wix editor. So I'm stuck with a generic popup on my website that I can't even remove. Not. Good.

    This trash stopped working suddenly

    After I paid for the upgrade, this trash stopped working. I've had it on auto-pop up on every visit. 10 visits through, it stopped poping up. Damn TRASH!!!

    No way to install on Wix

    Literally no way to install it on Wix: I am just given a code and customer support direct me to the installation help pages, which are useless, as there is nowhere to put the code :)

    Can't get it to work

    Needs to be more intuitive. I just opened it and even though there is a pop up that appears on my website, this app is now telling me i have no popups

    Confusing and did not work

    This was a difficult app to use. You cannot expand the window to create your pop-up and everything is very small. It is not very user-friendly and did not end up working after I finished creating it. It was a waste of time and I would not recommend this.

    Worst Tool Ever

    What a piece of crap. The user interface must have been designed by 4th graders who have never used any online tools. The app does not work all the time, the pop-ups only work when they want, and the reporting is crap. Time to delete and start over with another tool.

    Use it because I have to...

    Poptin's product works...but their builder is frustrating to use. Editing features don't work consistently (for example, after you edit a text box a couple of times you can no longer change its text or positioning). In fact, it got so frustrating that I scrapped the popup I was working on and redid it. I appreciate their templates (they actually look quite nice and I can use them with little editing) and their customer service responds quickly...but I would not choose to use this product again unless their editor improves.
