    Added to my account and charged without my conset

    This app was added to my wix account and I was charged for it, and I didn't sign up for it. So now I"m out 190 bucks because I was auto enrolled. Not a good look!

      Hi, Thank you for the review, we understand the frustration. Uberall is part of the WIX Premium Bundle, which includes 12 months free. When you first access the platform, WIX asks you to authorize a credit card, and if the account isn't cancelled within WIX before the 12 months are up, WIX will charge you. If that's not what happened in your case, kindly open a support ticket or email Wix at support@wix.com from the email address associated with the Wix account you'd like assistance with.     Never Used the Service, No Refund Given

    I see a trend here. I see others who have only discovered that they even have the app when a renewal hits. This was a surprise to us as well. We also canceled it and now we have it for another year with no intention of using it still. Also, disappointed.

    Never Used the Service, No Refund Given

    I was charged for a renewal of this app despite never having used the service. I only discovered it after the renewal had taken place. After 2 years! I requested a refund from Wix, explaining that I had never used the app and had not seen any renewal notification, but my request was declined. I have since cancelled the service. This experience has left me disappointed and I will be moving to another website provider.

    Please fix your availability as a free app for Premium or waive the cost of the app. I see that everybody is complaining about this problem. Perhaps maybe you should listen to us. Thank you.

    Can't delete old site because of this.

    I moved my Premium Subscription to a new site and I want to delete the old one, but because of my subscription to your app, it does not let me. I cannot even transfer my subscription to the other site. So annoying. I payed for nothing.

    Freaking Hard to Deactive the Forced Subscription

    When you go to their app, you cannot find the deactivation of the subscription. This is a forced payment and discourage you to deactivate your payment. This company needs to be sued! WIX should remove this from their platform!

    It clearly meets the definitions of an IT SCAM!!

    Halt! Halt! Halt! It clearly meets the definitions of an IT SCAM:- The software has poor reviews. Provides unclear contact information Grammatical errors in messages or popups. Promises guaranteed rewards, You can't uninstall it You can't use it properly You can't try it or remove within any trial period You are trapped to provide your bank information even before you can test it. !!

      Hi adacall, thank you for your Review! Uberall is part of Wix's Premium Bundle. This means, when you purchase the WIX Premium Bundle, you can use our platform free of charge for 12 months. During this period, you can cancel the subscription, but you will still have access until the end of the 12 months. You can uninstall the Application, but this means that you will be losing the "Free" product usage. I would like to understand why you cannot try it.     No Idea How its attached to my site

    I have been charged £168 for a renewal on this app which was never attached to my website and never used I am awaiting a refund for the £168 for something that is never been used

    This is a scam

    I wanted to add my plumbing business but I can't say where I service, only general area. The provided listings there are old and obsolete. This is a joke. Wix are you for real?!

This means you don't want to publish your address, because you are servicing within a specific Area, correct? The areas that you can choose on the Uberall Platform are based on the service areas that are important for the Google Business Profile.     The app is glitchy. It doesn't load properly. You can't even text for support because the support form won't fully load. You can't even remove it properly or get help to remove it because it won't work properly.
