    Dommage pour le service client..

    L'application fonctionne et fait le travail. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune aide en cas de problème, j'ai pris contact avec eux plusieurs fois et rien n'est fait, toujours la même réponse.. J'ai fini par trouver une solution seule. Un meilleur service technique et vous auriez de meilleurs commentaires..

    Correcte, mais encore des améliorations à apporter

    L'appli est simple d'utilisation et plutôt pratique, mais après des mois d'attente toujours pas accès à mondial relais pour les clients lors du choix de leur transporteurs et de leur mode de livraison. Une négociation avec les différents transporteurs proposés serais souhaitable afin d'obtenir des prix plus raisonnables pour les frais de livraison, actuellement astronomiques si le vendeur ne prend pas à sa charge de baisser les prix et donc de payer lui-même.

    Problème Mondial Relay

    J'ai ajouté les transporteurs Colissimo et Mondial Relay. Au moment de commander sur mon site, le choix de livraison Colissimo apparait bel et bien, mais pas Mondial Relay. Après avoir eu un contact téléphonique avec l'assistance Packlink, il se trouve que le problème vient de Wix, qui n'a pas encore élargi Mondial Relay au niveau national, c'est pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas en France. C'est vraiment regrettable étant donné que plus de 80% des consommateurs choisissent la livraison en point relais lors de passer commande :/ Merci Packlink pour votre réactivité et votre réponse. J'y vois plus clair à présent. A Wix maintenant de faire le nécessaire, c'est plus qu'urgent !

    possible to improve

    It links well with my Wix online shop, but my customers don't see the shipping options. It would be great if they can choose themselves rather than having to manually do it myself.
