Perfect solution
SKU IQ has been a life saver. The only option on the market to do what I needed - sync products between my Clover inventory and my Wix online store. I used to have to sit here and enter every single product twice, this has saved a ton of time and effort and now I know my inventory is accurate across both platforms at all times. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Onboarding
Customer service was great. As a small business, I wish the system automatically synced with the basic plan. It's an additional 44/month for syncing. That's not profitable for a seasonal business. Other than that, it's an easy tool.

Time-saver
This app is going to save my client so much time! They were manually updating multiple systems and now they have centralized data and up-to-date inventory. Highly recommend taking SKU IQ up on the offer for a set up call.

Best multiple platform inventory managment app BY FAR
I have used other inventory management apps in the past but none have been as easy to use as SQU IQ. They have been a game changer for keeping things synced across multiple sales platforms and I couldn't be happier with how much more free time and piece of mind I have.

SKU IQ not good for aussies
Had issues from the start. Not good for start up business - Does not streamline or sync as it claims to. Very hard to speak to support. Better off doing it manually with WIX. Will save you time and money esp Aussie customers.

Doesn't work and you have to email support all the time. It should be easier to reset or reinstall and update your connections

Hate it
Not only did the inventory not upload properly, but customer service is horrible. Set up a technical call, waited on google meet for 40 minutes and then they said I never joined. Never fixed any of my issues or helped with this. This is a horrible app.

Much Waited Product
We were waiting for such as product to do the inventory sync work with WIX. With the Auto sync feature, it has eliminated the earlier manual work and made things to setup easy by anyone. recommending this product to Sync your WIX to any POS systems. Prompt Customer support service.

So Far So Good
Download SKU IQ to help with online orders through wix and for the compatibility with Lightspeed POS system. Overall works great tech wise. Customer service is quick to respond and assist with any needs through live chat or by phone. Program so far seems to be meeting our store needs.

Where is the primary function??
All I want to do is take a physical inventory against what is showing in my online inventory. This is the most basic and foundational feature of any business and what I thought I was getting. WHERE is the inventory count feature??? IF I am missing something and someone can help me find it then I will change my review but if it is not a feature then what is the point of this app???

The current obstacle is that we can only import around 25% of your catalog due to a limitation from Wix according to the logs. It's Ok
Sku IQ is helpful but could be drastically improved, especially when syncing with other platforms. Don't even try to give customer service a call you will not get a person. You will have to leave a message requesting a call back which in my experience I never received unless you have interacted with someone in the company directly.

Terrible product. shittier backend
Cant do anything! Cant even get past setup since the entire process is broken and nothing allows you to get past the 2nd and 3rd prompt screens. Can't cancel or uninstall, just errors out. Circles upon circles of dead end BS!!!!
