Doesn't work and you have to email support all the time. It should be easier to reset or reinstall and update your connections

Hate it
Not only did the inventory not upload properly, but customer service is horrible. Set up a technical call, waited on google meet for 40 minutes and then they said I never joined. Never fixed any of my issues or helped with this. This is a horrible app.

Doesn't work with square. AVOID
**Update** SKU IQ have now admitted to me that their app doesnt work and they can't provide a timescale for it to be fixed. They have said there is a second version of the app being launched "Later in the year". Why on earth are they still selling an app to unsuspecting people when they know it doesn't work??? This app has cost me well over £2000 in lost sales and wasted working hours. That is on top of the hundreds spent on the app itself. I've had hudreds of photos deleted from my till by this app. It's also randomly deleting stock levels from my website and, in turn, my social media shops. It's actively dissuading customers from visiting the shop by showing items as out of stock when thats not correct. I think it's disgusting they are still tricking people into paying for something they know doesn't work. It also reflects badly on wix that they allow a faulty app to be sold on their platform. So many issues syncing with Square
I have had nothing but issues with SKU IQ. I just wanted to connect my inventory with Square. It has been adding items to square inventory anytime anyone buys on WIX and then it adds that item back to my WIX inventory. And anytime I create a new item in Square, I have to email SKU IQ to push the item into WIX as the system doesn't not sync automatically. The purpose of this app is to do this but small business and not a lot of activity online, so not sure why this is an issue. I have called, emailed and chatted and no resolution. I am beyond frustrated with this app.

A Greedy Company
Why greedy? They intentionally made their admin portal difficult and handle very little mass updates at time. They do this to drive you to seek their help by mass imports/exports. They charge $400.00 for 2,000 to 4,000 skus. Our company is a small mom and pops games shop, we have nearly 10,000 skus' just after two years. Overall the software does transfer data between Wix and Square, but again it is far from user friendly. Unfortunately, this is one of very view softwares that do this. Because of this, I have hired a dev team to work on making a cheaper and simpler solution that isn't robbing their customers. I hope to see it launched soon as this company is truly not customer centric. For those of you who don’t know much about coding, it takes anywhere between two and ten lines of code to make a mass push. The fact that they are charging so much for a simple code, is just sad. I would recommend anyone here to use ECWID before SkuIQ .

Pushing all of your SKUs over to another endpoint with properly mapped fields is something that we do a la carte for a premium, but it is also a service we offer for FREE with an annual subscription. If our sales staff did not make that clear, or your particular case was not a good fit for our core service, we do apologize! The worst.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. THEY TOTALLY MISLEAD YOU. NOTHING SYNCS PROPERLY. THEY HAVE TAKEN CLOSE TO $500 FROM ME FOR NOTHING AND TOLD ME TO DELETE MY ENTIRE INVENTORY AND START OVER.

Not happy
I've repeatedly advised the SKU IQ team that this app does not fully integrate with Vend, despite assurances that they are working on it. As I use Vend as my point of truth, this app is useless to me.

Terribly intrusive for postage app

J'ai synchroniser WIX avec Square et tout mes articles dans wix ont eu un doublon, toute les quantités on été mise à zéro et tous mes SKY on disparu. Pire achat, je ne recommande en aucun cas.

DONT DO IT
This app zero'd out all of my inventory, didnt transfer SKU's and just caused a huge mess. I would fix the inventory and it would go to zero again. I called tech support and was told someone would email me in 24 hours. Absolutely terrible.
