It's Ok
Sku IQ is helpful but could be drastically improved, especially when syncing with other platforms. Don't even try to give customer service a call you will not get a person. You will have to leave a message requesting a call back which in my experience I never received unless you have interacted with someone in the company directly.

I work alone, so I needed something to make my life easier. The fact that this works between the two systems helps a great deal.
