    Great Customer Onboarding

    Customer service was great. As a small business, I wish the system automatically synced with the basic plan. It's an additional 44/month for syncing. That's not profitable for a seasonal business. Other than that, it's an easy tool.

    Integration Made Easy

    I had a huge challenge integrating my inventory to my POS. Sku IQ helped me overcome that challenge with ease!

    So Far So Good

    Download SKU IQ to help with online orders through wix and for the compatibility with Lightspeed POS system. Overall works great tech wise. Customer service is quick to respond and assist with any needs through live chat or by phone. Program so far seems to be meeting our store needs.

    Generally good app and support, missing a couple of useful features

    Support has been super fast to fix issues I've had with syncing. My only complaint is that it would be great if the sync pulled in all the images for product listings from my POS, instead of randomly picking only one for my ecommerce site - I've had to spend some time manually re-adding pictures which is frustrating

    Great customer service / decent price

    The customer service has been great. It's fairly self-explanatory but the few things I've reached out on were immediately explained and resolved. Decent price for the ease of not needing to do manual inventory in our small brick and mortar.
