FME Custom Checkout Fields

FME Custom Checkout Fields lets you add unlimited custom fields to the checkout, collect exactly the information you need from every order, right where shoppers are already checking out. Choose from text, textarea, number, dropdown, multi-select, radio, checkbox, date, and file upload fields. Set labels, placeholders, help text, required flags, and display order, then place each field on the right checkout step: customer details, delivery, or payment. Use smart conditions to show or hide fields based on cart total, products, quantity, shipping method, or checkout details like email, name, phone, and address; combine rules with AND/OR logic for live show/hide as shoppers fill out checkout. Required fields are enforced before an order can be placed, with server-side validation so rules can't be skipped. Answers auto-save across checkout steps, and file uploads (images or PDFs) are collected securely. Every answer is saved on the order, and you can review all submissions, including file links, from the app dashboard.
