Stay away!
Unknown to us, the hotspot app stopped working on the client's site and all the data disappeared. When enquired, no remedy or refund was offered. I want to cancel the yearly subscription and get a refund, but I'm still waiting for a response after 4 days...

Hello, Very sorry for the experience. Unfortunately, we are not sure what happened - it's possible that the app was removed from the site. It's best to always keep a copy of the site stored for the possibility that the app is deleted. We have initiated a full refund - please note that refunds can take some time until they are returned. The UI and UX aren't good
Would not recommend. I came to this app because the other Wix Hotspot app isn't great. Just came across new problems with this one. Very difficult to use. Settings box takes time to load. To change the hotspot's animation you have to go back to "none" to select a new one or it stays on the previous animation. And the animation options aren't great begin with - also NOT editable. Text options are limited (can't "Enter" to add a new line of text - it's all one line). You can't upload an image. You copy the link from Wix Media to insert in the hotspot settings. Very strange... Colors have to be selected through code not a visual color picker. While you're making changes in the settings box, the whole image/hotspot/app is flashing. Premium options are very limited.

Hello, We definitely understand the limitations, but they are not coming from us. This app was developed using a new type of app from Wix, called Blocks. For example: In Blocks, you can't upload a file, you need to use a path. "Text options are limited (can't "Enter" to add a new line of text - it's all one line). " --> We would have really liked to provide a textarea instead of an input, but again a Wix limitation. Other than this, the app WILL work for you, and we are actively developing this solution. Yes, the setup is not optimal, but it will be flawless for your users when the app runs on the site.
