Love the product offerings - 3rd party API issues regarding shipping rates

I installed and set up the app within Wix and started selecting products to sync. However, I have a 2% sync rate due to an issue with transferring shipping data from the listing to the Modulyst listing, so I have 5 products out of 35 that would sync. Within the next few days of listing products, I will determine whether I will continue to utilize this app or remove the store functions for dropshipping and move dropshipping activities to Shopify.

Confusing

This app has one major flaw - Returns process is currently difficult, lengthy, many steps!

Very disappointed! The retailer is set up to fail when it comes to returns. The process is too difficult, lengthy, and requires too many steps all hinged on whether supplier replies to your communications. First there is a 14 day period in which your customer has to inform you they intend to return, & you in turn inform supplier by email. Wait 48 hours biting your fingers hoping supplier replies! The platform currently lacks supplier contact details, more importantly return addresses meaning if you cant get hold of supplier you are stuck with the returned item! Surely, such a poor set up in this day and age? We have recommended they create an easy returns portal, allow retailer or end customer to enter returns details - shipping tracking number, order number, item name, at a touch of a button activate returns. Customer returns are a legal right, NOT a permission request to supplier! Returns address should be a pre-requisite info as part of any product listing! Simples!

Signed up for free plan with premium and got bumped to start up

Once I connected everything and the dropshipping sites, my plan was bumped to the Startup plan $30/mo. Looks a bit shady to me. I can't tell you if this app is good or not as I was trying it out to see and never got that far.

Shipping takes a month!

Vendor did not disclose that it could take up to a month to deliver a product when using dropshipping.

NOT Designed for Client's/Retailer's Reputation

I utilized several considerations when scoring this rating. The app's function was great. However, dealing with Modalyst's client service and suppliers' retailer service was far beyond par. It takes, on average, 8-12 hours for Modalst to respond contrary to their under 2 hours to respond message. And when they do, it is superficial or they pass it on to Wix. This is completely unacceptable for clients on their Pro Plan. Most of the suppliers are late in shipping their products, causing many customer returns. You have to be on top of them at all times. Many do not even respond until Wix gets involved. Some suppliers misrepresent their products as being designed by them. But in reality, are AliExpress products. I could go on and on. However, I'll end with this. If you value your reputation, do not use this app. I had to cancel and get a refund for the portion of my Wix subscription because of them.

Not liking it at all.

The order form page is automatically generated when an order is placed, so I have no control of it and cannot fix any issues. Currently, when testing, I paid for an order, and although I received a refund, the order does not update with that information, so a customer would still think their items are still being prepared to ship. I cannot seem to get the Modalyst team to understand my dilemma.

Upgrade CBD and Order Sampling

Every time people order CBD we have to create a new invoice from CBD Co. Also, you can't add samples to ONE cart and check out ONE time. Currently you have to order one sample at a time and pay $5 shipping for each sample.
