   this is so frustrating and making me more and more angry every day

   I have spent thousands of hrs working on my site and the connection will not show the product shipping times on my website. So no one will purchase would you if you did not know when it would be delivered. People think my website sucks and I can not get a sale. I hate hate hate hate Modalyst at the moment there customer service is non existent takes hrs for someone to get back to you and they do nothing and if your not there when they respond your shit out of luck . I have never in my life had such a horrible experience except the telephone companies. Modalyst you totally suck and not even worth 1 star

   Can't sign up

   I can't seem to get it completly set up in my store. I get through the first 3 parts of the setup, but whn I get to part 4 it asks me to register and sends me a verification code, but I can't see where to put it, then when I try and sign in it keeps saying uere id or password. I want to use the product I used it in the past around 3 years ago and it was great, but know I can't get past the register part.

      Hi. I took a look at your account and see that you are sourcing products from AliExpress. The product titles of AliExpress items are very long, surpassing the 80-character limit that Wix has for product titles. Once you edit the title to be fewer than 80 characters, the items will sync to your store seamlessly. We have a note on any item beyond the limit to let you know that the product title needs to be adjusted. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at jill@modalyst.co.

   Signed me up for paid plan without my permission.

   No support available. It says they will respond in 3 hours. Not good! All I did was install the App on my Wix, then went to begin shopping for products to sell. Can't find any good merchandise. Tried to delete it from Wix and it tells me it's a premium subscription etc. I never signed up for a paid plan with Modalyst, so I am VERY UPSET. They better not charge me because I was never even given a choice of which plan I wanted, and never completed the set up process. UGH! Awful experience. Good luck trying to get any help!

      Hi - this is Jill, CEO & Co-Founder of Modalyst. It sounds like you have joined a premium annual plan on Wix, which includes Modalyst! This means that there is no charge for Modalyst and the plan that is included is based on the Wix subscription. If you are having trouble deleting our app, please let Wix know. This is something which needs to be handled on their end. If you need help finding products to sell, please reach out to us. We have millions available in every category and can help guide you along the way.

   This App Does Not Do What It Says

   I been trying to connect this app to my wix account for over a week. I have had people purchase items that are coming from Modalyst, however, my orders from wix did not sync to Modalyst, making it seem like my customers did not order anything. They also have terrible customer service because there is no number to call. I still have not received a email. It would be nice to get some help.It seems like a rip off too me.

      Hi. This is Jill - Co-Founder & CEO of Modalyst. I see that you uninstalled your store from Modalyst on Sept. 28. Your store must be installed for items to remain synced with updated inventory and for orders to sync to Modalyst. To connect your store again, you can re-install our app from Wix or directly on Modalyst. I would be happy to help you if you contact me at jill@modalyst.co. Once your store is connected, everything will work smoothly. :-)

   support sucks

   i've been trying for quite awhile to cancel my membership i can't by following the seemingly simple instructions because the button simply isn't there and it takes days between messages for them to get back to you and I just don't have time for this. worst customer service experience of my life and the reason for wanting to cancel was i didn't like the products they had to offer.

    Support has been the worst....

    I pay for the unlimited and there have been syncing issues where I had to reload my products after losing them all, add my own descriptions manually (several times) and the images on desktop and mobile are bad... like really bad it's effected my sales, conversions and ads.... Im charging all the payments back...

I believe that this has been resolved - please contact me at jill@modalyst.co and I can look further with you. As per the images - once you set them to "Scale to Fit", they will all sit nicely in your store. I have emailed you with instructions on how you can adjust the settings in your Wix store to "Scale to Fit" so the images are all nicely presented.

       Hi! We checked with Wix to understand why you could not remove the app. This is an internal Wix issue and they are working on a fix. In the meantime, they will coordinate to remove Modalyst from your store now. Update: Wix has removed Modalyst from your store.

       Hi - this is Jill - co-founder & CEO of Modalyst. I just tested adding the same items to my store and they synced. I believe that there must have been something which didn't connect right when you added the app. Can you please try uninstalling Modalyst and reinstalling it? That should fix the issue. Please let me know when you have done this and if the problem is resolved. Normally, every product syncs correctly.

    Doesn't work with Aliexpress

    You can’t make automatic orders, you need to order manually and they charge you 5% anyway.

       Hi ... this is Jill - CEO and Co-Founder fo Modalyst. I would like to clarify that we do not charge a commission on AliExpress orders. Also, we are API connected to AliExpress - all orders are automatically added to AliExpress when you click to pay for the order, including customer information so you do not need to enter it manually. Perhaps your account was not set up correctly? Please email me at jill@modalyst.co so I can take a look at your account and see why orders are not syncing for you.

    Terrible !

    Terrible, so not user friendly. Order doesn't come through to Modalist from Wix , no way of seeing orders there or how to pay? No proper customer service as you get in Ebay or other sites like that, uninstalling is difficult and then re-links to wrong store when re - linking

       This is Jill - CEO & Co-Founder of Modayst. Thank you for your message. We discovered that there was a short period of time when Wix's platform stopped communicating with Modalyst. Unfortunately, this is when you experienced the issues which you outlined. As soon as Wix fixed the problem on their end, we were able to receive communication from them about orders and uninstalling / reinstalling accounts. No information was lost. This problem was out of our hands, but Wix did step up to resolve it.     TOO BAD & EXPENSIVE

    Very disapponted of this app, 25 products? and $67 a month to sell unlimited!? Are you kidding!! It's expensive as hell. Not only that, there's no worldwide shipping and the shipping costs are crazy high, never mention the actual high prices and the %5 transaction fees. I've waited for a long of time as a WIX fan to come up with a dropshipping app, but I was disapointd with this crapy app, I don't recommend it at all, just a waste of time.
