So far a bit bizarre experience with my subscription, but a really friendly and fast support
But the product itself looks good, with a number of options to edit your texts, logics and design. The support seems really fast to respond provided you write in a chat as there've been some ridiculous glitches with my subscription. So, on June 17 I signed up for the FREE version of Quizzel to test the product and made about 15 tests to see how it works. However, the thing said I had already signed up for the LITE (paid) version and exhausted the limit (with just 15 tests!). When I tried to upgrade for a paid plan to figure out a way out, it also said I was already signed up & had run out of the limits for LITE (false), billed my card, and still kept my account blocked as if I had run out of limits again. I've texted via chat their support and luckily they settled the issue within 10 minutes. But be sure to get in touch with the right person. Omri is one of them. Thanks for reaching me out. Now I'm happy to proceed with it. Besides they seem to read reviews and care about
