Excellent Customer Service
There are many steps to set up the app, but the developers really did consider all the details. The customer service is excellent!!! The agent who helped me was friendly and patient as he answered my many questions. He helped me step by step, and held my hand through the whole process. I am looking forward to using this app, watching my email list grow, and seeing my prospective customers become actual customers.

This app is great and cant wait to see all the subscribers! Big shout out to Alan, he was super helpful and answered all my questions and even sent screenshots! Thanks Alan! **Update: April 2023 I reached out to rep (not Alan) because Wheelify app would not update and site had froze. I contacted the rep who told me to refresh, and prior to me refreshing, I asked if it would effect my campaign, I was told "no'. Boom, my entire campaign gone! Colors, coupon codes, and images were all gone! I asked rep was there a way to retrieve my prior campaign, NO RESPONSE from the rep. After 10mins, I still had not gotten a response. I sent another message and no response. I sent one last message, thanking her for assistance (clearly sarcasm). Now when people subscribe through the app, it makes them the owner of the site. Reached out and was told by another rep IT will get back with me... I'll give an update once this issue is "resolved"

I haven't had a chance to put my wheel up but so far the team has been really helpful and have answered my questions. I got on a live chat with them as soon as I downloaded the wheel. They were fast and helpful! It seems easy and we are excited to use it.

Cannot delete, won't open using wix.
It's a cool app but didn't do anything for my traffic or my sales and now it's just in the way, but I cannot for the life of my delete it from my website. so idk what to do. maybe I just have it forever.
