ReviewBridge for Trustpilot

ReviewBridge adds a floating feedback tab to your site and gives you practical control over how customer feedback is collected, reviewed and presented. Responses are saved privately in your dashboard, where you can review ratings, messages, contact details and callback requests, and export the data to CSV when needed. You can create a curated on-site review showcase using customer feedback you are permitted to display, including the source, rating, order and an optional customer photo. The showcase can include reviews from Trustpilot, Google Maps, Facebook, G2 and other channels. Selected pages can be excluded from the floating tab, helping you tailor the experience across your site. A configurable rating threshold determines which customers see an optional step to search for your Trustpilot profile through Google. This gives you one place to manage private feedback, public-facing customer proof and the optional Trustpilot discovery step without connecting to or scraping a Trustpilot account.
