    Did the free trial pay the yearly subscription and I have no access to uploading my own personal songs? Why is that either fix this or refund me ASAP?

    You can't cancel this app

    DON'T download or pay to upgrade because you won't be able to cancel the app on your own. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months. When you try to delete it , you can't because you have an active subscription. To make the app even worse, it doesn't even always work. They send you around the world telling you the billing team will get back to you but they never do.

    It only plays on the home page

    It stops playing when you click from your home page to another page in your menu, even if you add the widget on all the pages. A person has to click to restart it, so it is pretty cheesy.

    This app does NOT autoplay. The developer is not an honest person.

    I bought this app thinking it would play music automatically when my clients opened the page, like it says it will, but it doesn't. The developer has been fully aware of the issue for years, as you can see if you scroll back in the reviews. They don't disclose this information because they want you to buy it and learn this the hard way. I would look for an honest company to purchase from if you care about that sort of thing. Very disappointed and feel bamboozled.

    I spent over 100 dollars on this app and it doesn't not work at all. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!! I've tried everything to reinstall it and update and still it does not work. Biggest waste of money. And I am even more frustrated because I am living off of pennies and was really hoping this would help take my website to the next level. This is absolute garbage.

    Not sure how it's meant to play in the background if it doesn't work on multiple pages. Not a great app from my understanding it doesn't do what it is meant to.

    The app does not autoplay songs and there is now reason to buy because Wix Music player does the same thing. The only reason I bought was guaranteed autoplay at load.

    I've had to make multiple requests to get the app issues to work. Does not play when the page is loaded unless the user toggles the sound icon. (What site user would do that??) Please fix your app or provide a full refund.

    Not What Was Expected

    The App owners do not disclose that the autoplay does not actually work before purchasing! On a desktop or mobile device on any browser, after you install on your site and choose the autoplay option, it does not autoplay in real time on the Internet. The app owners should disclose this before purchasing, waste of money.

    Impossible d'écouter les sons avant d'acheter l'application. Pour 3€/mois, ce qui est peu, ça n'inspire pas confiance. Dommage. De plus, il faut que les clients cliquent sur le bouton, la musique ne se lance pas automatiquement. Autrement dit, il faut payer pour que 1% des visiteurs entendent la musique sur votre site.
