Pencily

Pencily adds online booking to your site. Visitors see the times that are really free and book an appointment in a few taps, without creating an account. Every booking lands in your Pencily notebook the moment it is made, next to the visits you take by phone or at the counter, so the free times on your site are always up to date. It is simple appointment scheduling for small service businesses: hair and beauty salons, barbers, massage and therapy practices, workshops and food stands. Add the Pencily widget to any page and choose what it shows: the booking window, your business card, a bar or banner with your current message, your latest news, or whether you are open right now. Visitors can also ask a question in the booking window, and you reply in the Pencily panel. You run everything in the Pencily panel, which opens right in your site's dashboard: opening hours, breaks, services, bookings, client cards with visit history, and news. To get started, open Pencily in your dashboard and create an account, or connect an existing one with a one-time code. Until then, the widget shows example data. Pencily works in English and Polish, and your clients' data stays in the EU.
