Etsy Integration is the best solution that helps you to integrate your store and Etsy marketplace. The store owners can easily manage the inventory on both platforms. You can easily synchronize your products and categories from your store to your Etsy shop and products, orders from your Etsy shop to store with the help of this application. Can not sync store. when I click this app it takes me to a marketplace of apps. I've chatted with WIX and they have a log in screen to sync my store that will not show up on my end. I keep getting taken to a marketplace for other apps

Failed to remove products from my website once they were sold on Etsy and out of stock. Technical support is inadequate and inconvenient to work with.

This app has saved me loads of time and ensure my Wix and Etsy sites remain in sync.
I needed to make use of the on line help and was amazed at how quick and efficient Ravi Prakash Mishra was at replying to my problem and immediately setting up an on line meeting to resolve the issue. He guided me through the steps I needed to make in order to sync from etsy to wix and was successful. He was polite, patient and very efficient. All round a great experience.

In order to actually use it you need to pay for a more expensive subscription through Wix. Do not recommend for *small* small business owners. If you have a more established business and can afford to upgrade your account in order to use this, go for it.

It did sync the add framework, but you still have to edit everything in Etsy
I had the trial, it was able to sync 4 listings but no description and only generic info. If I have to manually copy/paste into Etsy, then why would I pay to halfway sync the items in my shop. It was a good start but not ready for prime time and definitely not worth a paid subscription

Hi, For your reference, you can sync only 4 products in the trial period, and whatever information is available in Wix through Wix APIs will be synced to Etsy in the draft listings. Please let us know what information the products are missing on Etsy or if you have done something wrong while configuring the app but at least you need to share that concern with us so that we can check and resolve the same. Seamless Etsy Integration for Wix with Outstanding Support
I recently started using the Etsy Integration app on Wix to expand my sales channels but faced an issue with product weights syncing incorrectly. My products listed as 0.2 kg on Wix showed up as 0.2 grams on Etsy. Etsy didn’t show the weights and gave a "weight item missing" error, blocking me from publishing the product. This mismatch occurred due to different weight unit systems. I contacted Webkul, and their support—Vaibhav and Akash—was excellent. They quickly added a setting to select the correct weight units, resolving the issue. The app works seamlessly around the limitations set by Etsy and Wix at a technical level. I use Wix to manage my sales across my website, Amazon, and now Etsy, and this app is crucial for seamless integration. The Webkul team is responsive and proactive. More of a pain that its worth
I have followed all the rules and directions. I tried syncing 60 items and it synced less than 40. it says its synced but not appearing on my etsy. Don't waste you money. Spent 5 hours trying to trouble shoot 3 listings that had no errors and they would never transfer even after 24 hours. Not worth the headache. canceled my membership day 2

Hi, W.R.T. your review we would like to inform you that first time you have to sync all your past product data by clicking the "Sync to Etsy" button, also, please once we click that data has been successfully synchronized to your Etsy Shop under the draft listing https://prnt.sc/pbl0Xv1Ales8 You have a total of 51 records of products, out of which 47 have been synced https://prnt.sc/pbl0Xv1Ales8 3 are not synced here it is https://prnt.sc/vMqctiWda5Ii Once you mouse hover over the "status" you will find the reasons, The first is Title/0 contains invalid characters ( make sure the title of a product contains proper words, The second one is Title/0 does not start with a letter or number ( make sure the product title does not start with a special character or numeric value) The 3rd one is Product Weight should be greater than 0 ( make sure physical products must have a weight greater than 0 ) So, please delete the review now, hope you are happy with the service.

for now, USELESS
it is converting all of my listings for product weight from lbs to kg, Doesnt carry over pictures or 1/2 of the product information. Lists everything on Etsy in drafts, which is a good thing because I have to go in and readd all of the product information. Might as well create the adds by hand and save my money. Support is useless. can only email and no one replies back.

Also, regarding listing in draft status because Etsy charges per listing we can't make each listing live directly else you have to pay the cost to Etsy. That is why we have added this draft listing so that you can decide which product you want to list in live shop.

glitches during setup
the dropdown menu during setup freezes no matter how many times I retry. etsy integration is a great idea, but this program is trash. please put some work into making it functional.

I second that the app is very poorly made. Integration is far from seamless and is messy. I stopped half the way. For the record, I worked in fintech for over a decade, I am not easily scared of technology. This app is not well designed (softly put).

I do not like this app Mostly because it is not easy to navigate and the customer service is not a real person, just a follow up email displaying a ticket number for my request. I never got any resolve to my inquiries. Now Im going to delete the app.

Too cmplicated to upload 1 product
Not at all a straightforward process. You need to do back and forth a lot for each product. Complicated. It could have been and should have been a lot simpler. Does not work therefore fore many products, too costly. Too much time required.

it probably is! A data grabbing app!! As soon as I granted THEM access to my site I've received two "Support Mailbox" emails for a ticket I have never prompted. Not exactly a piece of mind, having grated YOU access to my business and having received what could look like SCAM emails.

Integration is not good. Does not sync SKU. The description does not sync intact. Now, sync creates multiple copies of orders. Paid for Premium and it was a waste.

Critical Errors in Functionality
I don't recommend this integration. The sync with Etsy is unreliable, especially when you edit products. A major problem is the wrong transfer of sales data to Wix. The system incorrectly added duplicate Etsy transactions that didn't happen, making them look like they came from our Wix site. This caused us to send out duplicate orders, costing us several hundred dollars before we noticed the problem. These mistaken transactions involved orders from weeks ago, popping up without warning.

SCAM! Do not add this to your website!
After syncing our Wix products to Etsy, we faced a huge amount of orders, claiming sales of $37,000 in one day by an "IPP Anonymous Buyer" to a New York office, yet with no payment. We alerted wix security & it's currently under investigation. I reached out to Webkul & the consultant said there was a glitch which duplicated all of our previous orders. This seemed suspicious because I had never synced our orders, only our products. He then told me they needed Admin (Co Owner) access to our wix account to fix it. Admin access would give them access to everything including billing, payment & financial info. Recognizing the scam, we refrained from granting access. This ordeal seems a sophisticated scam, aiming firstly to lure you into shipping products for their resale and secondly, seeking direct account access under the facade of assistance, potentially compromising all your finances. If you have this app, I would disconnect your Etsy shop, cancel your subscription, & uninstall the app!

I would not recommend this nonsense to integrate a store to or from your Etsy to your Wix or any other website.

Needed but way too expensive
It is something needed to help manage 2 shops, but I have more than 50 products which will cost over £200 per year just to have the 2 synchronized.

W.R.T. Your review we want to inform you that our charges are too nominal for more than 50 products means if in future you have 1000 products still we will only ask for approximately 200 Euro yearly basis. And below 50 products 10 USD per month only which is approximately 9.25 Euro monthly. So please delete this review.

Having a hard time getting products to sync from wix to etsy
The free trial allows you to sync four products. I use Shippo for shipping on wix however I keep getting an error when I try to sync the website that item weight, length and width is missing. All of this information is already configured in wix and I have no issues when I get an order in Wix. I am trying to get support but I have to open a ticket which takes forever. If this works like it should then it would be amazing but right now I am just confused and irritated. Since I can't get assistance I had to leave a review which will probably prompt someone to get back to me

More Information in Description about Account Creation
When doing the Etsy Integration you will need 2-5 business days to complete the setup for Etsy. I didn't have an account with Etsy and it partially helped me create the account. I had to finish creating the account and uploading my business information and a copy of my ID so by the time my Etsy account is Live my Free time is up. Also it doesn't talk about the Fees per Item that you sync and if it is a monthly or only when changes are made. so the cost for this service is much larger than initially stated. the Idea and if the fee per item is only when uploaded or change then it is still reasonable. just not sure how it will end up

Apart from this, we want to inform you that we are not charging anything extra apart from app subscription charges and since you have selected the yearly plan you have made only a payment of 306 USD yearly. apart from this, we are not charging anything all other charges are deducted by the Etsy platform per item listing, we are not charging anything like per item listing fees and billing cycle handled by WIX itself so we can't ask for any hidden charges, So please remove the review.

It's OK
Started with a 2 day trial. They have increased to 5 day. Installation instructions could be put into a more of a wizard type functionality or at least better indicate the importance of following steps required to make it work at the beginning of the install.
