Etsy Integration

doesn't work

Can not sync store. when I click this app it takes me to a marketplace of apps. I've chatted with WIX and they have a log in screen to sync my store that will not show up on my end. I keep getting taken to a marketplace for other apps

This app has saved me loads of time and ensure my Wix and Etsy sites remain in sync.

I needed to make use of the on line help and was amazed at how quick and efficient Ravi Prakash Mishra was at replying to my problem and immediately setting up an on line meeting to resolve the issue. He guided me through the steps I needed to make in order to sync from etsy to wix and was successful. He was polite, patient and very efficient. All round a great experience.

It did sync the add framework, but you still have to edit everything in Etsy

I had the trial, it was able to sync 4 listings but no description and only generic info. If I have to manually copy/paste into Etsy, then why would I pay to halfway sync the items in my shop. It was a good start but not ready for prime time and definitely not worth a paid subscription

Seamless Etsy Integration for Wix with Outstanding Support

I recently started using the Etsy Integration app on Wix to expand my sales channels but faced an issue with product weights syncing incorrectly. My products listed as 0.2 kg on Wix showed up as 0.2 grams on Etsy. Etsy didn’t show the weights and gave a "weight item missing" error, blocking me from publishing the product. This mismatch occurred due to different weight unit systems. I contacted Webkul, and their support—Vaibhav and Akash—was excellent. They quickly added a setting to select the correct weight units, resolving the issue. The app works seamlessly around the limitations set by Etsy and Wix at a technical level. I use Wix to manage my sales across my website, Amazon, and now Etsy, and this app is crucial for seamless integration. The Webkul team is responsive and proactive. If you face any issues, reach out to support and help improve the integration to contribute back to the ecosystem. Highly recommend this app!

I'm not happy.

Integration is not good. Does not sync SKU. The description does not sync intact. Now, sync creates multiple copies of orders. Paid for Premium and it was a waste.

Critical Errors in Functionality

I don't recommend this integration. The sync with Etsy is unreliable, especially when you edit products. A major problem is the wrong transfer of sales data to Wix. The system incorrectly added duplicate Etsy transactions that didn't happen, making them look like they came from our Wix site. This caused us to send out duplicate orders, costing us several hundred dollars before we noticed the problem. These mistaken transactions involved orders from weeks ago, popping up without warning.

What a waste of time!

I would not recommend this nonsense to integrate a store to or from your Etsy to your Wix or any other website.

Great Support from the Team

I've recently installed the App and currently syncing my products. I ran into a small technical issue, which the Webkul Team were able to resolve very quickly. Fingers crossed, more sales should be coming soon!

Great for syncing products but need improvements..

I run a small online store selling handmade jewelry and accessories. I use this app to sync my products and orders between my Wix website and my Etsy shop. Here are some of the pros and cons of this app: Pros: The app is easy to install and set up. It only takes a few minutes to connect your Wix and Etsy accounts. The app saves me a lot of time and hassle by automatically syncing my products from Wix to Etsy. I don’t have to manually upload or update each product on both platforms. The app has a simple and user-friendly interface. I can easily manage my settings and view my sync history and logs. Cons: The app has a bug with the order sync from Etsy to Wix. It adds two extra zeros to the product cost, making it look like I sold a $100 item for $10,000. However, the overall sale amount is correct. The app does not have an option to mark the Wix inventory as out of stock when an order is placed on Etsy. This causes a problem with the sales tax calculation and reporting.

Monthly cost

Trail is 2 days, that gives you no real test to try out this app, needs to be at least a week to see how it really works and functions.
