Excellent !
I recently switched from Usercentrics for Wix to Consentik CMP, and the difference has been striking. The customization options are extensive enough to actually deliver the banner I had in mind, namely three clearly hierarchical buttons: Accept, Decline, Manage Preferences, without having to work around plugin limitations. Support has been the other stand-out. I chatted with several different agents over the setup, and each one picked up the conversation exactly where the previous one had left it, so I never had to re-explain anything. Engaged, quick, and genuinely helpful throughout. Very happy with the switch.

As a new user, I would prefer that instructions be provided that guide a person to know what to expect and how to set up and use each tools and each settings as needed according to the plan allowances. Some speaks for itself in the screens provided, and some does not. The features offered are fabulous, providing legal necessary automations and brand customization for site banner . IT has made my job easier and saved me alot of time. I am extremely thankful that service chat was available to help me with one settings that I could not figure out on my own. Vincent help me and he was timely and even provided screenshots and double checked results for me. Awesome help. He helped me reach my goal during my work day.
