We’ve now added an option to disable this. This setting has already been turned off on your account. If you’d like to re-enable it later: • Go to Ecommerce • Click Product Reviews Widget • Toggle on “Show other product reviews” Please note we couldn’t reach you via the email used during your account setup. Poor visualization limited synchronization
Didn't load even half of my reviews in 3 days, you can only display 3 reviews per page then you have to click the load more button, strange layout on the page there are no tiles

Its perfect!
Initally had trouble setting up for some reason. However I emailed customer support and Felix assisted me straight away. He done all the work for me directly onto my website and set up my widget and customer reviews. So far so good! I just wish that it app could integrate my facebook reviews and on the free plan that I was allowed more than 10 reviews. thanks felix for your time and effort. Much appreciated.

just keeps getting worse....
I have reported so many issues since I got this app- now they don't respond, and today I was not even able to send a help request. Ridiculous! There are def a few things I would change- 1. when importing from Etsy ReviewJet imports reviews that have already been imported so now I have a bunch of doubles to delete. 2. I don't like that you have to add ReviewsJet code to your site to use all its features. NONE of the other apps I have had in the past require that and something I will not do. So unfortunately this app wont do much for me in the long run, but it will do for now. Reviews do not show in chronological order. Starting to look at other apps..

AMAZING SERVICE & Excellent add-on
I was looking for years for a Wix add-on that will allow me to show reviews from several different places (i.e. Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook etc.) by aggregating them. And finally - I found one! The installation on the website was fast and easy - there's a step-by-step guide with screenshots. I did have a couple of issues (the TripAdvisor reviews were not sorted by date) - but this was fixed so quickly by the ReviewsJet team. I highly recommend using this add-on, if you want to show reviews from outer sources in your website.

Changed review from 3 to 5 stars
Just wanted to update on the below, the ReviewsJet team solved this issue and another one I noticed, very quickly, within the day, and were communciative throughout. I can now report that this is a fantastic little app and the development team are helpful and kind! Fairly clean interface, so far it seems to be working well apart from the fact that I have 14 unique Google reviews and it does not display all 14 unique reviews. It repeats some of the same reviews twice, sometimes 3 times to make up the 14 count, which is sloppy and devalues the credibility of my business as it seems as if I'm making up reviews.

Carousel Widget needs more work
There is no try-for-free option and now I understand why. The carousel widget does not work on desktop browsers. The Read More link does not work and does not show more text. There is no way to customize text length either and half of the review box looks empty. The date format is European (day/month/year) and there is no way to change it to USA format (month/day/year). Moreover, there is no option to cancel the subscription (only upgrade to more expensive plan). I will have to call my credit card and block the merchant to stop further charges.
