I hate it
The app makes it almost impossible to cancel. It puts you in a loop to go to premium subscriptions, back to cancel, back to subscriptions, ad nauseum. Customer service tells you the same thing. It's a joke.

Awful- Billed me before my 3 day trial ended even AFTER I had cancelled! Scammed me nearly $300
So, I signed up late evening for the app service and was using the 3 day trial. (3 days= 72 hours to decide whether to keep it or not.) The app plan sign up page says (in summary) to delete the app from your WIX site before the 3 day trial is over to no be charged after the 3 day trial is up. I cancelled the trial in the way it was specified within the time limit before day 3 . (Warning: The instructions are *really* unclear too. A single short sentence is all there is to guide you on the cancelling process. No help articles either!) Lo and behold, Importify SNEAKILY CHARGED ME 2 DAYS (48 hours) INTO MY 3 DAY TRIAL!!!!! But since Importify had already started the charging process 24 hours ahead of when they should've, my bank finsished processing the transaction AFTER my cancellation! It *looked* like they waited until after the trial ended BUT the date on the invoice on WIX SHOWS I was charged on day 2!! I just called Wix's help center, explained it all, & was refunded my $294.75!

Not so good experience
I have installed the application on my site, but unfortunately if the supplier changed price the application doesn't give you any alert. moreover when you import a product from any market place, the app will add the product with another price for instance you import something with 1,99€ it will import at 199€ because the app doesn't recocnize comma. It is very hard working in this way, there is no any command to update whole prices you have to update them one by one Sorry I have opened several tickets but from Dublin told me it was a bug and it was not possible modify it .

Can't even subscribe, 500 internal server error, for over a month!
Was really looking forward to using Importify, but trying to pay for subscription has been impossible to date. Unfortunately if sign up doesn't flow smoothly then I'll leave it at that. Looks great, sounds great, but I can't even get it working or pay for a plan off the bat. Might look again at another date. Thanks. (Using WIX)

Not recommended, extremely difficult to work with & extremely messy product descriptions

It's a joke
I would give 1/2 star but they don't have one. Tried it for 20 minutes, was a total hassle. Dumped it and was still charged. Drop shipping is mostly a waste of time anyway unless you really and I mean really know what you are doing. And then you better have a day job. But this app is one of the worse. The ratings have to be made up. There is no way this gets 5 stars, no way. I predict it will be gone once it stops producing subscribers. I paid for your education, now use it and do not waste your money. I don't need to contact your support for help. You have my billing info just refund the money for 20 minutes use and forget the whole thing.

terrible
terrible application, i purchased it because i thought it was what i was looking for but decided i didnt need it. 2 hours after a purchased it i wanted to see if i can cancel my plan and get a refund. there is no number to call just email.

Researching
I'm searching for an app that has the product I'm in need of dropshipping. Is there a way we can use the support feature or reach support before we purchase to see if the app provides what we need? Specifically looking to Dropship vending machines and don't want to purchase until it's verified that I can. I can't search or reach support from the dashboard, only pricing plans and support articles.

There are many technical errors in the application such as setting not importing the original product and not syncing the original product. Please resolve these notes
