after installing and it saying they would charge a percentage of the items that sold via their upsell program they started charging me $40 without me knowing it. Then i even cancelled the subscription and they are still charging me. Charging back every payment with this company and contacting the BBB and Attorney General for fraud

Unfortunately, here on Wix, we're limited a lot by the Wix platform with what we can actually do - we offer all that Wix supports and we're always collaborating with Wix to try to get even more functionality for our customers!! :)

Hi Natalia, That’s a very serious accusation, and it’s simply not true. ReConvert charges are handled entirely through Wix - we have no way to charge you outside their system. Our pricing is clearly shown before install, and we offer full access to all features on every plan.
