Good customer service
I haven't really had the chance to start using the app yet, but so far customer service has been great. Mike responded really quickly multiple times via email, even on a Friday, thanks Mike! I plan to start using soon and will post an update with more if possible.

A great solution to adding Etsy items to Wix
I had put off adding my Etsy items to Wix due to the daunting task of typing out all of my variations (which are A LOT). I added Importify to help with this transition. When I inquired about how to add all of my variations, I was informed that with the most recent update (4/22/26) , you can now add 1,000 variations!

If you upgraded before the trial ended, the charge would be applied automatically. I have used your app for the first time this week to transfer my Etsy to listings to my Wix shop and all my Etsy listings were duplicated on my Etsy account?

Simply visit any public Etsy product page, click the Add button, and Importify will import the product into your Wix store. If you’re seeing duplicate listings appear on your Etsy account, please note that this issue is not related to Importify’s functionality. This app is user-friendly, but there's a significant drawback if you're collaborating with several suppliers: it lacks inventory synchronization. This means that if a supplier runs out of stock, you won't be notified. Moreover, many well-known companies, including Amazon and Bath and Body Works, typically do not provide drop shipping services. If a customer places an order through your platform, the packaging could arrive featuring the supplier's branding on the invoice or box. There are alternative methods to navigate this issue, but they may incur additional costs.

Most customers don’t buy on their first visit—they often come back later. If a product is out of stock when they return, you lose both the customer and any ad spend used to bring them back. Our sellers use multiple suppliers or third-party warehouses to keep products available. About logo on the package: With a third-party warehouse, you can ship orders with your own branding. Importify supports 25+ marketplaces, so you can choose suppliers that offer “blind packaging” (no supplier logo). For Amazon, there’s also a “gift package” option to hide branding. Seamless drop shipping! Love the app! Small glitch with Alibaba
I love the app my only issue is when I went to fulfill my order from Alibaba the link was not there to take me directly to the item purchased and when I went to order the item manually directly from the supplier it would not let me purchase the item for my customer. to fulfill the order I would have to purchase 10 items. Waiting on feedback from Importify on this issue.

For best results, import only items you can buy in single pieces, or consider using a third-party warehouse to store inventory, secure better bulk prices, and manage stock directly. This is What I was looking for
I tried all the dropshipping app but this is exceptional. I was looking for products directly from aliexpress and this app provided what I wanted. Even though I have not started selling, I believe fulfilment will be easy and simple as expected. The Only this inability to import bulk orders. In all Its good for now I hope t improves in the future.
