    Doesn't work - Customer Service Non Responsive

    I would not recommend this app. Add to cart function doesn't work at all. Purchase notifications won't pull new data, and have shown the same few purchases for weeks now. Uninstalling - don't recommend. I reached out to customer service and no reply. Great concept if they can get the functionality right.

    Plz fix one thing

    It says some one recently purchased product than it should be 1 hour before but it says few days ago plz fix that and plz if possible 2 to 3 lables which shows different area from where it is purchased and add to Cart not showing

    Stopped working! Wish they would fix it!!!!

    This was the most incredible app! showing recent sales and visitors for your desired days (i.e. shows # of recent sales for past 30 days) but now it just doesnt work! the purchase counts are way off showing 0 recent sales for most items even though we are selling 4-5 a day. bummer. please fix!

    It stopped working

    It stopped popping up on my site and no matter what I did, I couldn't figure out how to get it back on the site. I tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it and still not working.

    not enough customization and no support

    The app seems very basic, we are looking for an alternative. The worst is, as with other platforms, that there is no support. No, I am not saying bad support, or slow, or incompetent. I am saying no support - zero.

    Ne s'installe pas convenablement

    Ca a l'air bien, mais ça plante au milieu de l'installation (écran blanc et ERROR 504 Gateway Time-out, comme s'ils avaient arrêté de payer leur serveur)... On a malgré tout accès à la configuration de l'app (d'où l'impression que ça PEUT être bien), mais sauvegarde ou pas des modifications, le pop up n'apparait jamais ni sur PC, ni sur mobile: l'installation n'est pas complète. Fonctionnel (et en restant gratuit) ça peut rapidement passer au 5 étoiles, c'est exactement ce que je recherche, mais le 19 juillet 2024, ça ne fonctionne pas, it is not working.

    It's good if it works well but had some bugs. Tried contacting support no replies and seems to be non existent.
