It's perfect!

Hello, blogger here! I love this app so much! But I have a question- I pinned it to the screen but I want to make it collapsible so my readers can read text that could be blocked by the chatbox. How can I achieve this? Overall though, it's great and highly recommend the app! 5/5 would download again :3

Compatibility

It works fine with desktop, but it doesn’t show up on the site on a mobile device. Also, it’s not user friendly at all. If you’re using an Apple device, shame to be on a website with this app.

What A Joke!

Not user friendly or design friendly. Good idea, BAD app! Are there any better developers that can show this up?

Faster Support

Trying to add additional group chat pages to my website. But, it's frustrating when you are trying to get something done and can't move forward until your company replies / contacts me. I am trying to purchase additional chat rooms, but not sure if that will accomplish what I need.

Utterly Ridiculous!!!

5 "seats" and 1 moderator for free but you pay through the nose to get any real group chat going. There are plenty of free programs that offer unlimited seats, free streaming video, file sharing, and more. So this company has lost its collective mind.

No working for my site

Guys we have purchased the premium version of the application and it has not worked, not even once for over 9 months, engaged the support team and they could not resolve the issue. Please refund NOW!!!

I added this app and it ruined my whole page. It ended up adding it underneath my logo which you cannot now undo it to take it off and it has caused issues with the whole centering of the page. Thanks Rumbletalk, Ill certainly give you less minus stars if I could.

Hi! I have actually had you`re chat room for a while, and it was AMAZING until the point it just disappeared. I tried to delete it and then add it but it still didn`t show up. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks in advanced

SCAM! Don't Buy This APP!

Bought a subscription for 50 viewers - on the live day it wouldn't let anyone in because it said full so I upgraded to the 100 viewers and it did the same thing. I didn't have 100 people on the site. I have the stats to prove it! Worthless Chat - made the whole experience for my users horrible!! Literally only 2 chats were made one by me when I set it up and one by the client when she tried it before the live day. Not one other chat happened yet EVERYONE on the page got a "chat full" error. So unhappy and out almost $100 for nothing!

So you are saying that It is only 5 people per chat box if I use the free version. but what would happen If I put one chat box in 50 pages. it would allow me to have 5 people in each chat box? wich menas I wil have 250 people. so would that be still free?

GREAT Customer Service!

Customer service is above and beyond. Wish Wix would allow the chat to offer all its features. But it was a great chat for our site + customer service was available at all times to guide us before our live event.

Not Enough Features

Live Chat is amazing! I have to be frank. However, it could be better. Users should log in in with a phone number and an email verification to demonstrate their not lying about their information.

Yet another app that simply is not optimised for mobile phones, we're in 2019 it really is madness. Even the Wix mobile optimiser cannot optimise! Another app sadly that will need deleting.

Has all the features required to make our e-leaning more dynamin and personable. Can send documents to the group and images – the archived chat messages are very useful for students who can’t attend the session.

Gushing about how much i like Rumbletalk

The rumbletalk chat room is the hub of our internet radio website. Not only has it been impeccably reliable, but it's extensibility through API and customisation has made it a great way to integrate system and artist announcements right into the space that community are interacting. We took a premium service and it has allowed us to completely customise to fit our them and feel, and the tech support is some of the quickest and best I have had in ages. All round a good one! Keep it up folks...

Best Chat App on Wix

Great App. Allows for multimediate, including video, chats between people. I wish wix would allow more than one installation per site. That would make a lot of things a lot easier.

It was good at first, but then it stopped working. It disapeared, and I couldn't do anything. Whenever I tried to add it to the site it was invisible/hidden.

The idea is nice

Well the idea of this chat room is great. But once I finally got it working it would continuously kick people off. Almost as if once someone logged on and joined, it would kick a person off that was already in. Now, after sending an email to rumble support about it, they are not responding. When they have previously responded very promptly before. Also, a couple of my site members had a hard time logging on at all. One of then still hasn't been able to. For the monthly price? No thank you.

Super great app.

Plug and play. Great support. Works perfectly all the time. The only way to go if your looking for an app with all the options possible, from customization to password protection, it's got it all. It gives the owner full control over who enters, what is said and the ability to kick someone out of necessary. Lastly, it's got never ending upgradability, as your business grows you can adjust your plan to meet your needs. Thanks for mak8ng a great app.

Virus

I added to this to my website and immediately starting getting notices about a severe virus on my computer. It is now midnight and finally figured out it was this app. When I tried to go into my website to remove, my entire top website strip was moved to the middle of the page. Since I've removed the App, I don't get the notices. This was a nightmare.

Too Costly to be worthwhile.

As we're not all millionaires it's a nice app in theory but in practice after spending money on a website, a domain and various other apps for different forms I cannot recommend this app at all simply because of the ridiculously high monthly cost, it's more than the website itself costs per month. I wish wix would provide a free chat room of their own that can be used by members of the website only without extra cost. This is simply not worth £10 + per month. For that very reason we will have to live without this service which could have been great for our members.

I Like it, A LOT!

We used it couple of times with different sites, integration was fast and it works perfectly on mobile and web. The latest new is that they also include live video calls !!!

I embedded RumbleTalk into my Radio station web site - it works on desktop PCs, but NOT on mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, etc.). The chat box shows up, but Login does not work, and no entry box for text, only the history of previous chats. Not useful for mobile web sites. Very unfortunate!

Very Bad APP

I was using this app, but it worked very bad, I lost many customers because the conversations never weren't sended or they were sended when the customer had left my site.

trial period

i didnt like that when i came back from vacation and went onto my website, it said that my trial period was over and i needed to upgrade it.

Not adapted. Customer have difficulties to access to the chat

It is a forum, not an individual chat. My customer make confusion when they want to connect to this chat.

O app diz ser grátis e premium no entanto, depois de um tempo eles não permitem o acesso se você não pagar a partir daquele dia, ou seja, estão informando errado pois o app não tem opção de uso gratuito, então o certo é informar que esse app é teste/premium. Por causa desse ludibriamento, eu não recomendo.
