You can view our standard plans and pricing here: https://www.vcita.com/pricing Without using those features, you could create different services at different prices with the discounts built-in to the service price. You can also send payment links or invoices for any amount required and with invoices you can add a discount percentage to line items.

   Group events can span multiple days. 1on1 appointments can be repeating (daily/weekly/etc) and clients can book on to each instance one at a time or staff can schedule a client on to multiple dates in one go.

   Clients can only book one at a time, but after the first one they don't have to keep filling in all the same details each time.\ On your side, you can schedule repeating meetings with a client in one go.    Hi, When clients are booking, they can view the availability but the appointment duration for 1 on 1 services can't be more than 1 day in duration. On the other hand, if staff are booking on behalf of a client then they can easily schedule multi-day appointments. You can create 4 different services for the 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute duration appointments. When the client goes to book, they can see the options and select the one based on their preference! We have features such as categories which can help group your appointments together if they are smiliar with different durations. Feel free to try out our service for 14-days completely free. As for multiple bookings, it depends on the number of staff. For multi-staff accounts, you can have multiple bookings for the same date/time; however, for single staff, there can only be one booking on that date/time. We also have the option for group events, where multiple clients can book during this one event for that date/time.    Hi, Most of what you ask for is possible, with the exception of the "cart" functionality. Only one service can be booked at a time. However, you could create services which already combine multiple services. So for example you could have services such as "Business consulting (1 hour)" and "Tax Consulting (1 hour)" and then another service called "Business and Tax Consulting (2 hours)" which combines both. This way the client still only books one service. Another option would be to add custom fields for add-ons (checkboxes perhaps) and then invoice the customer afterwards for the total (or additional) price, depending on which add-ons were selected.
